What?
I've had hearing aids before but the ones I purchased from Boots Phonac, to my mind are far far better than the ones I've had without naming the company and far far cheaper too!! Just a bit of tweeking by the audiologist on my next visit in a weeks time and they will be perfect!

What a difference!test aids…
We were able to keep the test aids overnight to assess their efficacy. The television only needed to be at less than half the volume. Realised that the sound quality is far superior to the NHS ones we have. Can also pay on twelve months interest-free credit. Waiting for available double appointments for both of us seemed to be the only drawback.

Long overdue hearing test
Phil who handled my hearing test and fitting was very patient and informative . I was delighted with the experience and would recommend him unreservedly to anyone . My daughter who was with me would second this . We came away feeling we had been given the right information in order to make the right decision .

The hearing aids were not at the store today when we went to collect them. Very disappointing.
The consultant Alex was very good on Monday though.
