Thank you to Boots Hearingcare, Princes Street, Edinburgh for next day appointment and especially to my Audiologist, Emerick ValDez-Tan.I needed wax removal + a hearing test before I was helped to choose new aids, all completed on my first visit.A week later I returned to pick up the new hearing aids, when Emerick also connected them to my mobile + tablet.I am delighted with the improvement to my hearing+ very impressed by all the care taken for me. Thank you.

I have just bought new hearing aids. My audiologist was Emerick Valdez - Tan who was extremely helpful through the whole experience. He was very thorough throughout the whole proceedings including keeping me abreast of the arrival of the new devices

Jack Lovie was caring, patient and professional. His priority was the right solution not money.

Bought a new phone. Couldn't get my hearing aids paired to it despite many attempts. Went into boots hearing care in Princes St without an appointment, and Jack Lovie took time out of his lunchtime to sort out my problem.

without appointment I was lucky enough to get to see Emerick Valdez-Tan, a lovely young man and after a very careful and thorough examination he managed to remove the earplug- bliss - without his help I no doubt would have had a trip to A&E and a spoilt trip Thanks again Emerick you were a life saver

I’m a traveller from the USA who was visiting Edinburgh during the first weeks of May. One day the tiny speaker element of my Phonak hearing aid device broke away from the main body. I found and visited Boots Hearingcare, and despite not having an appointment, the very kind specialist Emerick squeezed me in. He sat me down in his office and took the time to go through his supplies and find the exact replacement part. He was a joy to work with, and he had my hearing aid fixed in no time at all. The cost of the replacement part was minimal, and the service was superb. I thank Emerick, and I give highest recommendations to Boots Hearingcare.

Excellent service and very informative

Audiologist was professional, very helpful, explained everything and made sure I understood things. Prices were clearly explained, but it didn’t feel like pushy sales in anyway.

Not sure yet. depends how it works. Staff have been very attentive.

The process of having a hearing test went smoothly and every step was clearly explained. Pleasant helpful staff.

They are more like plugs in my ears and stop any noise from entering my ears.
