Good personal Service, this was my first appointment for hearing aids.

the consultant was attentive to my needs & went out of her way to get best deal due to my circumstances.

While my initial consultation went well, my first set of hearing aids were not the correct ones I wanted, so they were sent back. Then after a further week, I was told my ear canal was too small to have the Phonak IIC (invisible in-ear canal) ones, but they are checking to see if I can have another brand. So not very satisfactory so far. I'm waiting to see if I can get a pair.

I have been going to boots Brent Cross since the last 30 years and I never had an experience so horrible like this Christmas. I went to buy a fragrance for my daughter and when I went to pay. The cashier said to me, whit a judgmental look and very firm, loud voice " are you a student?" I said "no, why are you asking?" because on your card it is coming up that you are a student and you don't look like you are in the age of being a student" I felt so bad!! I could feel her eyes on me as I was being a criminal. She was keeping repeating the same sentences while I was trying to understand what had happen to my card. Then I was able to recall that my daughter had my card with her one day. She bought quite expensive stuff from the shop and told me that she lost her card and took mine to collect some points. I was unaware that she applied the student discount. A felt so embarrassed while the "nice lady" at the perfumes shop was looking at me in a such a nasty way. You should not allow your staff to treat customers that way. It is absolutely unacceptable. In future I will go to this boots as less as possible

The Hearingcare staff were very helpful and made sure that the Client was comfortable when the test was been conducted. Also when they fitted the new Hearing Aid they made sure that everything was explained and we understood how to take care of the Hearing Aids. I would recommend Boots Hearingcare to people with severe hearing problems.

Lovely lady who put me at ease straight away. Explained what was going to happen step by step and very attentive to my feelings as was a bit apprehensive.

I had my new hearing aids fitted today. I was given clear instructions and helpful advice. A pleasant experience with a very successful outcome. My old aids were transmitting a large amount of background noise, obliterating speech. Now with my new ones, background noise was reduced so I could hear speech clearly

I chose Boots because they came highly recommended by Which. I wasn’t disappointed. The audiologist was efficient, polite and friendly and I love my new aids.

I had a very good experience. Payal (Hearing Aid Audiologist) explained my hearing test results to me and all the different types of hearing aids and I didn’t feel rushed. It was a very positive experience.
