I wish to give 4 starts, they almost deserve it, but they have a peace of "real Dutch business in its bad way":
It doesn't matter what ____ [take from list below]:
- it is summer
- long days, short nights (like in June)
- it is a beautiful weather
- there is a demand from customers (not only my group)
- it is a weekend
their running hours are UNTIL 20:15 (and not for all type of boats as they start to park them from 20:00)
If you want to leave your work and spend evening with friends by taking boat in Leiden - it is not your choice unless you leave work at 16:00 and you already in Leiden.
Fortunately, they are not the only boat rental in Leiden. There is another one 250 meters away.

Extend your working hours (at least till 21:30, may be only for advance (24h) booking, so you will be more comfortable with stuff planning)
