Taxi booked from my air BnB to the airport at 04:20 in the morning. Waited outside for 10 minutes, no driver. Phoned the company who said the driver is 9 minutes away. Waited for 10 more minutes and then the driver called to say he was 10 minutes away. Taxi did actually arrive 35 minutes late. Driver then drove recklessly fast to the airport going over speed bumps dangerously. Really not good enough and I wish I saw other reviews first. No apology from the company at any point

NO DRIVER SHOWED UP. WAITED FOR 2 HOURS! CALLED THEIR INTERNATIONAL PHONE NUMBER (THE ONLY NUMBER THEY PROVIDED) WHICH COSTS ME A LOT BUT BEEN GASLIGHTING US, GIVING US FALSE REASSURANCE THAT "THE DRIVERHAS ARRIVE" BUT NO DROVER TURNED UP UNTIL I PRESSED ON BOOKING.COM TO DO SOMETHING FOR US.

Very disappointing experience. Our flight was delayed, and it then took approximately two hours to clear customs—both circumstances entirely outside our control. Despite having our flight information, the driver left before we could exit the airport, leaving us without transportation.
Book Taxi Group then refused to provide a refund for a service we never received. Travellers book airport transfers specifically because flight and customs delays can happen, so I expected better communication and reasonable accommodation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Taxi went to wrong terminal at CDG,took ages to speak to someone to find out what the problem was. They said would be with you soon, never turned up!. All calls then dropped when tried to chase. Weeks of cashing them up for refund with no reply. Do not use, just get a taxi off the rank outside.

Booked via booking.com (which I thought would be okay…) for an airport transfer. We’re 12 hours delayed, and texted several times to confirm the booking would still be fine. Arrived. No driver. Obviously. Called the “emergency number” which goes to Barcelona, and then was on hold for ten mins there whilst being told I was front of the queue, whilst the WhatsApp number told me there was nothing they could do and that I should keep waiting at 0030 for an £80+ pickup. Just get an uber - genuinely do not risk this joke of a company.

Driver never showed up and when they were contacted using the phone number provided by them they claimed they had no reservation despite them confirming the reservation just hours before. DO NOT USE THEM.

A fuir !! Le chauffeur ne s’est jamais présenté à l’hôtel et le service client n’a absolument pas aidé et a menti en disant que le chauffeur avait attendu et qu’il était parti. C’est faux! Il n’est jamais venu. Totalement incompétents et désagréables.

One star, because they managed to supply a taxi to pick our party of 6 up at Charles De Gaulle and drop us off at our hotel. On the return trip the taxi never arrived. Called the customer support number in Spain to be repeatedly told the driver was at the hotel reception and that he saw us but would not come and speak to us. This is not true as road works outside hotel and no car access. Party split, one at top of road, one at bottom and the rest waited outside hotel entrance. Definitely didn't show. I even checked with reception, just incase somehow the driver did manage to avoid us. No taxi and after 35 mins later, they hung up after advising me to email them. Now not replying to my emails regarding a partial refund for the no show on the return trip, pre booked and paid in advance. Avoid like the plague. This company so far lives up to previous reviews, I only wish that I had read them before making the reservation. Booked an Uber, arrived in 5 mins and cost €63 instead of the €165 that we had paid for our return trip. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

We had an early flight in Colombia and needed a transfer to the airport at 02.30 AM. we used the Booking.com app to book a taxi with Book taxi group. The app sends an automated message that the driver was ready. At the pickup time there was no driver at our hotel. After 10 minutes we called the customer service (Spain). Their employee called our driver and the driver said that he was waiting at our hotel. We made clear that there was no driver at the given adress. Their employee told us the driver would contact us. Unfortunately he did not. After we called a second time, the customer service told us that because the driver waited for 15 minutes (never seen the driver) the ride was canceled. After our complaint we were given an e-mail adress to send our complaint, no other solution given. We were lucky that in this small town an Uber was available, so we did made our flight (Thanks Uber!). In this case the service of book taxi group was unreliable.

Awful customer service by Book Taxi Group. Had pre-booked a taxi from my hotel to the airport in Tenerife. The cab was delayed by 10 minutes, so I called them, and they let me know that a cab would arrive within the next 5 minutes. I left another 10 minutes, but there was still no sign from them at all. I called them again, full of stress, fearing I would lose my flight, only to be told that “there is no available driver”. Two weeks later, and still trying to get a refund, as they never reply, for the prebooked and prepaid taxi that never showed up! Avoid, avoid, and avoid at any cost.
