I've had the great pleasure of working with Beatriz Gil for about three years. The labour union that I work for has about 17 000 members, and the Bookboon portfolio is one of our most popular benefits. The company I work for has been with Bookboon for just over a year. The customer service and engagement has been and continues to be excellent. We were well looked after by Nico K and Vera H for our onboarding, their communication was brilliant. Moving to our permanent account director, Beatriz Gil, was seamless. Have been working with Bookboon for 1 year now and have found them very professional and helpful. They have been particularly efficient at putting together newsletters with recommended content for our learners. Having monthly catchups to look at uptake by our staff has also been insightful allowing us to see what staff are interested in.

It may be possible that bookboon provides some legitimate services. I don't know. What I do know is that they have been fraudulently billing my card for months and will not stop. I don't know how they got my card number. I have never engaged their service. They have an AI bot that writes polite letters back to my queries. All along they continue their fraudulent billings. My guess is that is part of their business model. They've determined the exact amount they can fraudulent bill someone where they won't just cancel their card. They employ a polite customer service bot (named Punit DesAI) to string the victim along. A horrible little petty criminal organization. Hope they never get your card number!

I received great support from Beatriz Gil. She supplies newsletters, content and suggestions for related projects we are working on.

Terrible company, very dishonest and manipulative. They will offer a cheap pilot. They offered me an extension on the pilot based in approval to trick into subscribing, and will not allow canceling.

I will be defending any action from them, but as a matter of principle, they cannot be allowed to conduct business in such bad faith.

I found other similar complaints online.

Bookboon is a good service for white papers and educational material for management and related topics. I started a free trial and wanted to delete it after I realised that my company has a co-operation with them already. I created a support ticket to delete my account and got a prompt response (a shoutout to Punit D.)... Done and dusted. :)

GO AND WORK HERE IT IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST COMPANY YOU WILL EVER WORK FOR. Very nice bosses and great people, I will never forget and sometimes when the rain beats down upon my window I glance at the bifurcating droplets trickling down the pane and shed a tear for the greatest job i ever had. 10/10.

Stored my credit card details without permission. Unsubscribe link on their emails goes to 404 Not found page. Perhaps the most confusing website I've seen in a very long time
