sehr teuer, keine Option zum einmaligen Kauf, keine Optionen um mehr als 100 Stunden pro Monat zu hoeren, keine Browser Version, KEINE WINDOWS APP, was es unmoeglich macht auf dem PC, ohne Drittanbieter zu hoeren.
I subscribed to an offer for trying them out for 1 euro for the first month. However they charged the full amount and when I tried to unsubscribe, every attempt gave me the message that 'the page (to be clear, the one with the link to unsubscribe) could not be found.
So I sent a message, and they responded that *from now on I'm unsubscribed from their newsletter*. Eh... that was not where I asked for, I wanted to unsubscribe from your subscription. So I had to block them from charging my bank account. And since then I get three times a day a message threatening me with legal steps.
This company is a fraud.
Very poor quality app , with even worse support .
I suggest you do not click on any special offers . The app really struggles & doesn't save your settings . If you try & persevere , you'll be waiting indefinitely for any customer support !!! If you are lucky to get any response , they dance around the issue , or avoid it completely . I suggest you look at Blinkist !!!
Testmonat bei BookBeat. 4 Sterne. Sollte es das 5 € Studenten Abo auch für andere Kunden mit geringen Einkommen geben, (wie mich) kommt der 5. Stern dazu. Im Gegensatz zu Audible zählen beim BookBeat Abo die gehörten Stunden. Mir hat das gut gefallen. Die App bietet einen Timer, der bei mir immer aktiv war, weil Hörbücher mein Gute-Nacht-Begleiter sind. Das funktioniert hervorragend. Zusätzlich hat die App noch eine Spulen-Taste, mit einstellbarer Schrittgröße. Top.
Super App, viele Angebote, gute Bücher. Die mit .com am Ende ist die richtige

De onterecht geïnde bedragen werden vandaag netjes en zonder discussie terugbetaald!
OPGEPAST: dit bedrijf bood gratis boekvouchers aan via Groupon waarbij je 75 dagen gratis boeken kon lezen.
Echter je dient een account aan te maken met opgave van een bankrekening/kredietkaart, zogezegd enkel puur administratief.
Er zou dan ter controle of je echt bestaat, een bedragje van 0,01€ afgeboekt worden en dit zou ook dadelijk terug naar uw rekening worden overgeschreven.
Dit gebeurde effectief ook en tot zover alles correct...MAAR reeds de volgende maand (juli 2024) én óók nog eens in augustus, gaat er plots ongevraagd, ongewild en niet legitiem (2x) 8,99€ van de rekening!!
Dit zijn illegale (koppel)praktijken en bij wet strafbaar!
