Recently bought a Bonsai tree followed by an accessories kit. On both occasions the service was first class, with fast safe delivery and excellent products. Would definitely recommend this Company.

Bought a Bonsai Tree for my sons birthday. He was delighted with it. All arrived perfectly boxed and undamaged, really pleased.

I recently ordered a Chinese Elm from Bonsai Direct, and a few days later some accessories. I can honestly say that the customer service is second to none and the products are good quality. The website is easy to use and there is lots of choice and helpful advice. My Bonsai arrived the next day as promised and was well packaged. I was given a one hour time slot on the delivery day which was so much more useful than a vague am/pm slot that most companies give! The tree was a gift to my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. I’d highly recommend using Bonsai Direct and I will hopefully be using them again myself!

Received my very first Bonsai Tree today, Chinese Elm, and I must say that the packaging was extremely robust and secure. My tree arrived in a perfect condition, and considering it is winter, there were plenty of leaves with a few new growths already showing. The care sheet was very useful as a starter and I have found the site valuable for advice and care.

Excellent company to deal with. Fast delivery. Good communication. Well packaged product. All in all a very good experience. Bought the Chinese Twisted Elm for my son for Christmas. Followed the instructions on arrival and after dropping a few leaves initially it is now sprouting new growth and looking very healthy. Lovely shape as well.

Tree arrived in excellent condition, a superior Carmona than is usually offered for sale with beautiful movement and character in the trunk.It dropped some leaves in the first week which I expected from this species of tree when it's location is suddenly changed but the remaining leaves still look very healthy.With development of the foliage i think this tree could become a show winner

Well earned five stars. This is my first bonsai tree it arrived very well packaged on next day delivery. The tree looked fantastic can not praise the company enough very pleased will buy again soon

I have waited a few weeks to write a review as I wanted to make sure the Bonsai Tree was OK and it is thriving with new shoots and so healthy and shiny and no dead leaves so it obviously likes us . The tree was extremely well packaged and beautiful picture on box so it was taken well care of and as a gift ..perfect .Thankyou to the people who help these gorgeous plants for many years .we love it .

So I have bought 3 trees so far, on separate occassions. Each time the delivery was more or less the next working day delivery, so ordered, as soon as they process the order (next working day), the tree arrives the next day.

Have only payed for the £40 odd trees, but very satisfied and all trees doing well. My second order, a branch had snapped in transit. Spoke to them same day and they knocked some money off. For the small amount of damage I thought that was fair.

Each tree I bought pretty much resembled the picture, so that was great.

Overall, highly recommend this companmy

Ordered a bonsai tree as a memorial gift. As I am in Japan and really struggle to use PayPal, there were some issues over how the payment would be made and then some confusion over the actual order.

The customer service team (esp. Sarah - thank you!), however, did an excellent job and made sure everything went very smoothly.

The recipients of the tree were delighted with its appearance and quality. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I bought a specimen tree and starter pack from Bonsai Direct. Had a slight issue with the website which was not their fault (payment processor issue). I sent an email and Bonsai Direct called me at 9am the next morning to take my order and resolve the problem.

My order arrived next day and was packaged superbly. The trees were in exceptional condition and exactly as they should be.

I have to say the quality of product is just astounding. I am delighted with my purchase and the quality of service received.

I have received my second bonsai tree from bonsai direct and absolutely love it! It came in perfectly healthy condition and they always come in very carefully put together packaging. I have emailed a few times asking about different trees and they are always helpful and prompt with their replies. I will be ordering another one shortly and the kitchen window will be full of them. Do not use this company. I had two bonsai trees brought for my birthday and in less than 6 months they both died! They have all the excuses under the sun why these trees didn't survive! I can tell you it wasn't because they were not looked after.

I bought my first bonsai from BonsaiDirect and have been highly impressed by the speed of delivery, utmost care in packaging and support in caring for my tree. They were very quick to respond to queries and as a beginner, I found their website to be extremely informative so I’m prepared for any eventuality with Bob. I definitely intend on being a returning customer in the future, such is the standard of service I’ve received.

I have a lot of Bonsai and 30 years experience so usually would want to see a tree first hand.

I bought a Chinese Elm for indoors for my wife and it came 2 days later. Tha packaging is a work of art and the 52cm tree was in perfect condition.

The tree is in perfect health and the pot / tray are good quality.

I would definitely use this company again.

I am still upset about my experience. I ordered a Father's Day gift for my Stepdad last June (2020) and within a month the leaves had dropped off the bonsai. Following a few emails back and forth and photos being sent we were asked in August to check if it was still alive. It wasn't. I spent over £50 + £9.99 for delivery. My Stepdad has experience with Bonsai trees and because I felt like I was being fobbed off each time I didn't take it further. I am so gutted about this and I have since been trying to make it up to him. Another point to bear in mind is that the balloons are misleading. They are not helium balloons which I made the mistake of thinking they were. I was disappointed when I saw it to realise it was a very small air filled balloon on a stick. Sadly, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I love my little tree and have found that any questions I might have about it’s care are quickly and helpfully responded to. I would definitely recommend.

Just wanted to drop you a line to say what a great service and Valentine's Bonsai we rececived. Really impressed not only with the tree and the Valentine's 'addons' but also with the packaging - strong box and very well secured inside.

Wife loved the tree - here's hoping we're able to keep it happy for years to come!

Having received a bonsai as a gift I ordered a bonsai spray yesterday and it arrived this morning. This was not a priority order and given the current restrictions was not expecting it for several days. Great service and the little tree that I was given is beautifully healthy with flowers forming. Thoroughly recommend this company
