Course complete and long enough (620 hours - It is Level 7) but clear, interesting, engaging with enough examples. I do prefer to write assignments, getting involved and "digesting" the information and this course offers it since the beginning. Materials included and professionally edited. I have completed with them 3 Level 7 Diplomas (Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant and this course) and I sincerely feel completely satisfied. I will undoubtedly repeat as soon as possible (They offer a wide variety of courses)

The course was amazing and learnt so much. Took alot of note taking but it really opened my eyes going into depth into some of the topics. BOLC was patient and always avaliable should i have needed any help. Feedback was great and the site was easily accsessible too. Worth using brentwood the students are at the heart of what they do.

The online short course is very handy. It helped me a lot to learn about hospitality and I also learned a lot of new words. The resources are so complete and easy to understand, and you can learn by your own in your own way and time.
