Poor customer service.
Placed an order with Bohemian brands who quote a 3-5 day delivery time, which was plenty of time for my birthday gift to arrive. After 6 days i had heard nothing. I have sent an e-mail message and also phoned on numerous occasions........ nothing. Basic failing in customer service. I'll go to Amazon next time.

Bohemian Brands to the rescue!
After being let down by another seller, I ordered from Bohemian Brands. I explained the purchase was for a birthday present and Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure my purchase arrived in time. I cannot fault the service and would highly recommend!
