I have been visiting Bodyvie in Richmond since 2021 for a variety of services including aesthetics, laser treatments, and GP appointments, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and professionalism I’ve consistently received.
Natalie and her team are always super-efficient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. From the moment you walk through the door, the clinic runs smoothly, and you feel well looked after. The staff are attentive and approachable, which makes the whole experience seamless and stress-free.
Every time I see Dr Weber, I feel reassured and confident in my treatment decisions. He takes the time to explain every option thoroughly, giving me clear and informative advice so I can make the best choices for my care. His expertise and approachable manner create a real sense of trust, and I always leave feeling fully informed and confident in the treatment plan.
Bodyvie offers an excellent balance of professionalism, medical knowledge, and patient care. It’s rare to find a clinic that maintains such consistently high standards across every service they provide. I would highly recommend Bodyvie to anyone looking for expert aesthetic or medical treatments in a welcoming, professional setting.

This is the company which charged customers £5.00 for a face-mask during the pandemic so it is not a surprise to see them over-charging and under-servicing their customers. Prices are higher than other local establishments and the owner, from my experience, pushes patients into having procedures which they do not really want. When having Botox treatment it is common practice with all establishments to have a follow-up session with the clinic after 2 weeks and this usually entails a small non-chargeable top-up of botox in some areas. They do this at Bodyvie but Dr Weber will not tell you about this. He never offered me a follow up session to check on the success of my botox procedure and I believe, from talking to others, this is his usual money-saving practice - just like the £5 face masks…

I have not provided my full details on the review so how on earth would you know if I was patient if not. However, for the record, of course I was a patient and I stand by my assertion that you charged £5 for a face mask AND that follow-up meetings/ too-ups were not offered. Whereas most of the staff at Bodyvie are to be praised for their professionalism, it is the management practices that I find questionable.

I believe it may be due to my age, but during the summer, I noticed a few new moles around my neck & shoulders. So, I decided to have them removed. I came across Bodyvie in Richmond and booked the appointment for the next day.

Dr Weber was extremely thorough and explained every step of the procedure. He also recommended we perform histology on the moles (decided on 5 visible ones) to ensure no underlying concerns.

The procedure itself is quick and painless. I had the moles removed with Plexr. The team followed up to find out if the scab had fallen off and if I had any concerns.

Overall, I am very happy with the outcome.

Such an excellent clinic. The staff are friendly and the aesthetic treatment I had done was subtle and exactly what I hoped for. I can't speak highly enough of Bodyvie, and I encourage you to choose them when looking for any treatments you might want to try!

I had a chemical peel at Bodyvie in Richmond last December and it was brilliant! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. They explained everything about the peel so I knew what to expect, which was great because I was a bit nervous about it.

The treatment itself was easier than I thought. Just a bit of tingling, nothing major. They told me how to look after my skin afterwards and I followed their advice.

The results? My skin got rid of blemishes, felt super hydrated and the lines on my face seemed smoother. It's been a month and my skin still feels awesome.

I'm already planning to go back for my birthday. Loved the experience!

As requested, treatment was gradual due to my nerves, with sessions spaced apart allowing me to slowly build on the recommended treatment plan. I am over the moon with the results which are natural and have taken 10 years off me.

I have been visiting the clinic for the last 6 years and have built a great relationship with Dr Weber and his team.

They are lovely people and never rush you into any treatment before fully explaining what it entails and how it affects you.

You do not get the same attention and time in other clinics and I have been to a few. Highly recommend them.

I recently had a few appointments with Dr Webber to fit the mirena coil to help with my heavy and painful periods. I was recommend to him by a friend after having no luck with the NHS, who also missed cysts that were found from scans done at Bodyvie.
However he was unable to insert the coil due to my uterus pointing down. On his second attempt after 10 minutes he informed me he had no stirrups and that using them would be able to assist him better. He told me to go to my local family clinic who would have the equipment to do the job.
I decided to go to a private doctor because I wanted an appointment quickly and Dr Webber has many years of experience in women’s health.
When I was turned away because he didn’t have the equipment on hand I was utterly shocked. I feel so disappointed and now have no confidence in private doctors. I cannot be the first women he has come across to have this issue, what appalling service from a private doctor. I don’t feel confident having the coil fitted now after he had such difficulty and said as much to him. No other alternative was recommended and now I am left to seek another private doctors help or get in line for an NHS doctor to find a solution.

We visited Bodyvie in Richmond on a few different occasions. First, when we found out that my partner is pregnant (6-week scan; then at week 10 four the Harmony NIPT scan and the end for reassurance. We decided against finding out the gender of the baby as we wanted it to be a surprise.

The sonographer was friendly and attentive, provided all the necessary answers and received the reports in just a few days.

I highly recommend Bodyvie.

While working in Richmond last year, I came across Dr Weber at Bodyvie. I have changed 2 doctors since the start of my menopause until I met Dr Weber.

I had my first consultation at Bodyvie in Richmond last year in November. And have been myself since. I see Dr Weber every other month just for a check up.

The quality of care received its always outstanding & the speed of action remarkable.

My HRT treatment plan has been life changing. I couldn't recommend Dr Weber more hightly.

My sonographer at Bodyvie was absolutely amazing. The NIPT harmony test included an ultrasound scan & my sonographer explained everything clearly and I received a full growth scan along with 4D images and a report. My NIPT results arrived after 4 days. I also opted to know the gender.

All members were professional from start to finish. I have since enjoyed additional pregnancy reassurance scans just to check in on my baby.

I highly recommend Bodyve and its team of sonograhers for pregnancy ultrasound scans.

Thank you so much to the staff at Bodyvie who always go above & beyond in their service, knowledge, helpfulness & communication. When the rest of the country closed for the bank holiday to honour Queen Elizabeth‘s funeral, the staff at Bodyvie stayed open to see the patients that were booked in for pregnancy scans. I cannot thank them enough for offering this service & would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic again 🙏

I have been going to Bodyvie for years (10?+). Attraction is their wide selection of skincare options (great bespoke facials), good advice, helpful staff.
We have also had Dr Weber's support as a GP at times. He is a good listener, compassionate and helpful.

I have done a few treatments in bodyvie and I need to mentioned it. It is fairly good prices. Also the staff are very kind and professional specially Bhumika. Bhumika is very professional, experienced with a lot of knowledge about treatments and skin which I couldn't believe it. I have skin conditions and she looked at that said the same things and treatments will help which my Gp advised me to do without I tell her anything about my Gp.I was surprised by her knowledge about skin Also I had a few treatments by her which I am very happy.

It's been a while since I have been introduced to Bodvie, but only yesterday I have had a chance to experience one of many clinic's treatment. I have been recommended Wow Fusion involving micro needles for my face. The procedure was explained to me thoroughly beforehand and throughout by super professional aesthetician Bhumika.
She was amazing, offering me an ample of skincare knowledge while preparing my skin for the micro injections. The treatment was performed with a confident hand and fluency that left me feeling safe and well looked after. All benefits, but also scenarios of all possible sensations I could feel during and after were well explained and very accurate indeed.
I walked out relaxed and my face did not show any signs of the procedure. My skin feels smooth, nourished and I am enjoying the glowy look pretty much straight away, and the best is yet to come!
The clinic's staff is super helpful and professional, the place welcoming, spacious and spotless. My appointment was on time and I would love to come back there for more treatments. What a Gem in my neighbourhood!

I have been seeing Dr Weber since last year to help manage with menopause symptoms. Dr Weber is extremely knowledgeable, patient and empathetic. He helped me overcome hot flushes, low mood and disrupted sleep. I have also been provided with the right medication and insight. I have recommended Dr Weber to all my friends dealing with menopause.

I had my COVID-19 antibody test done here. The customer service is perfect.

All four of our family tested Covid positive in Oct. I was more poorly than my husband and teenage kids and after a 111 call suggested I should go to A&E. Trying to stay out of A&E a friend recommended Bodyvie and Dr Andrew Weber, so I rang them. The team handled my call with sincerity & urgency. Natalie, the superb Practice Manager, found an apt time, the same day, with Dr Weber on Zoom. Dr Weber was reassuring, clearly knowledgable and offered scientific & holistic advice together. I bought (with help from local friends) what he suggested plus an oxygen saturation monitor for home. Moreover, Dr Weber called me twice a day, every day for a week to check in with my condition & symptoms. His attention, care and support went beyond ‘Ordinary/standard’ and I believe kept me safely at home. Could not have been recommended to a better clinic, with confident helpful efficient & knowledgable professionals. My new GP!

I am suffering from peri-menopause and the doctor helped me enormously. The very fact that someone understood what I was going through and able to support me was amazing. I couldn't recommend it enough. There is no need to suffer the hot sweats, not sleeping that comes with the menopause.
