Clear easily navigated website followed by speedy dispatch. The buoys I ordered were securely packaged and arrived well within the promised time frame. Great service that I would use again.

Hi Steven,
We are very surprised to receive a one star review for several reasons:
Firstly, this was the first time we knew there was issue with your order, at no point did you contact us to check on your parcel or to ask us where it was.
Secondly, you were not in the house when the courier tried to deliver your parcel (something surely we cannot be held responsible for).
Thirdly, you contacted the courier to advise them that you would be collecting the parcel from their depot. You failed to do so and in turn the parcel was returned to us.

Despite all this, we still (at our own cost) sent another item out to you without being able to reclaim the original delivery cost from the courier due to you requesting a change.

I am certain not many companies would do this for their customers at an additional cost to themselves and therefore a one star really is not reflective of the service we have offered.

Phoned to re-order fenders I had previously purchased. Efficient service and fenders were dispatched promptly.
