Great service. This dealership has just got better and better. The staff are exceptional. In particular Joshua had a pleasant attitude and went the extra mile to ensure everything was beyond my expectations. Service like this makes me proud to own a BMW!

I brought my car in after I suspected an oil leak. I was looked after by Joshua who was really polite and helpful! He took the time out to explain to me what was happening, regularly keeping me updated. I am 100% satisfied with the customer service received and will be returning to this particular branch in the future.
My car was also cleaned very well before I came to collect it!

I was told my car was ready for collection. I travelled an hour and a half to get to the site only for my car to not be ready for collection.

Absolutely appalled by the level of care at this garage.

BMW Battersea attempted to return the car to me ("as if it was brand new") with clear safety warnings still appearing on the dash. Asked why this was wasn't checked to which a representative responded by saying we weren't informed of this.

When you take a brand new car for repair, it is up to the garage to diagnose what the problem is, not the customer. I noticed these warnings as soon as I started the engine. Clear negligence/poor quality assurance process.

Thank goodness my car in linked to the BMW app so that the initial warnings I had after the accident are time stamped to prove their negligence. It also helps having the 360 camera feature which shows that my car hasn't been touched by the garage since I flagged this problem.

Extremely poor customer service from the only BMW owned garage in London. No timely communication to the insurer to notify them of this issue. No apology from the garage or want to take accountability for this to keep the customer happy.

Ironically I received a notification from the insurer to say this case has been resolved. The insurer could only know this only if BMW told them. Therefore BMW Battersea believe their job is done. Far from it!

Whilst they are nice cars to drive, having to deal with this team has resigned me to the fact that I won't own a BMW again.

Still waiting for a call back from a manager.

I had excellent service at the Battersea BMW service centre yesterday afternoon for my Mini. Josh helped me last year and I was grateful he is still there. He is professional, attentive, honest and very helpful!

My car went in for investigation of loss of power on cold start. Joshua was very helpful and efficient and I would use BMW Park Lane again. The shuttle service was much appreciated and the man who drove me was delightful.

Booked car in for first service. Advised on arrival that this was premature in terms of dates and mileage. Josh proposed instead a general check on the vital functions for £54 and assured me the work would be done in 90 mins. This suited my schedule so I agreed. Work was done in about 90 mins. Satisfactory outcome. I saved a couple of hours on a second trip to collect the car.

I been a customer of BMW battersea for many year's i find their service extremely efficient and fantastic customer servise is the first time i dealt with Robbie and i find very helpful.

Great and easy experience when servicing my motorbike at BMW park lane motorrad. Went perfectly as you’d expect from a main dealer. Thank you to all the team but special thanks to Robbie who made the whole experience better!

Probably the biggest disappointment ever!
Poor customer service and simply because they are extremely unaccommodating with Service slots, saying that they were trying to anticipate my appointment and that they were going to call me back, no one ever did. I was worried to go far beyond the mileage fearing to lose the warranty.

It gets better! Having notified BMW that the bike had minor braking and acceleration issues, nothing was found but I still feel there are issues, the stress of them trying to organise another appointment scares me. On the service day in the afternoon I was called and told that the bike was ready for collection but it had a puncture, weird!!! I then said to go ahead and repair it but apparently they don’t do that as they only replace the tyre. So they wanted me to spend £240 for a puncture ?? (I was gobsmacked). I then recovered my bike and right next door I fixed the tyre with £40!!! FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Bought my M1000RR in for a running service, I was seen by Robbie Masters, very friendly and also provided me with an area where I could carry on with my work, I was happy to wait for the bike all day, as this was squeezed in on a last minute booking, which BMW Park Lane Battersea juggled around for me.
Robbie kept me updated whilst I was waiting for the Bike, he even made me a coffee.

As a new BMW Motorrad Park Lane customer, in June I tried to book my bike in for a diagnostic check due to some intermittent issues. I was told that they were fully booked until the end of August and that if I continued to experience the issue, to call BMW recovery instead. I then called Bahnstormer who booked me in without fuss. Not the service I'd expect at all and I'll be buying my new S1000XR from another dealer.

Very efficent,proffessional,polite and very quick service. By the whole team.
My car looks very clean too and it was delivered back to me with a a few hrs. So handy as mine is a mobility car aswell.
