Test payment and final payment (after collecting) were both prompt and without issue. Collecting agents (CoPart) were very courteous and helpful/informative at collection. I didn’t have to do anything. I received a courtesy call ~ 45 mins before their arrival, which was fine, but could have been at any time within an eight to nine hour window - maybe they could be more predictive, to save me staying home for most of the day (we were the last to be collected on the day). Overall a great service though.
