.I purchased these earbuds end of October/early November. When you purchase them it is automatically clicked on 3 pairs. I did not catch that in time and accidentally purchased 3 pairs when I only wanted one. I immediately sent an email to customer service to cancel my order and I will reorder with the correct quantity. It took several days for them to get back with me and of course by then it was too late to cancel the order then. They said I could return it, but I would be responsible for shipping. Once I received them I tried a pair and they worked like crap. I wanted to return all 3, but since I had opened one it was non-returnable. I proceeded to return the other 2 and paid to have them shipped via Fed Ex with a tracking number. The package was received on 12/6. over 6 weeks later I still do not have my credit. I have contacted customer service on numerous occasions to no avail.
This so-called company is a HUGE scam. I highly recommend finding a legitimate company that has a good product and customer service. This company has neither.
