I’m so mad right now I could cry. I ordered my stuff 3/18. I opted into express shipping for my trip this weekend. March 25th I got an email saying my package was delayed. No updates. I called USPS and they are still waiting to receive my order. On the app it says it was shipped days ago. I’m mad af. I spent $300 just for it not to come in time. I don’t know what to do. I emailed three times no response. Don’t purchase from here. This was the worse mistake ever. I should have just ordered from Amazon.

I sent Blush mark an email still no…

I sent Blush mark an email still no response. My order was supposed to be delivered today. Usps still has not received the item or package and I am going out of the country. I told them if it was not going to come on time cancel the order when it was still processing. At this point im go through with my bank and I am submitting a fraud investigation with the BBB in regards to their business practices

I had 2 orders completely go to the…

I had 2 orders completely go to the wrong address then what was put in. None of there emails or contact information work , the email does not exist. I can’t get ahold of anyone for this problem. My app say’s delivered but never received any items and all of there delivery services says my order numbers don’t exist. Honestly not worth spending money on here they have a tendency of not delivering or responding.

Worst customer service ever I ordered…

Worst customer service ever I ordered my package March 2nd and I was supposed to get it March 14th and I never got the package. I contacted customer service and they never tried to help the representative was rude with me and kept telling me it’s not their fault and I should contact the usps. The representative name was Lambert worst customer representative ever

Terrible company

I order probably 21 items on feb 24,2023 it was suppose to come on March 7 but I got an email saying my package is delayed but now it’s March 13 I still haven’t received any updates of when my package is coming or where it is this company is not worth your money I hope this review get to the right audience DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ITS DEFINITELY A SCAM you better off going on shein

Will order again.

I'm very skeptical of these companies I see online, but the clothes are so cute and unique. I researched and read the reviews before I placed my order. I read some reviews that initially made me decide not to order. But I kept seeing this one outfit so I read the reviews again and decided to take a chance. I did and was not disappointed. I received emails regarding my order shipping etc.... I received an email when my order was delayed which was only by a couple of days. Received my order today. I'm so glad I took that chance.

I placed an order in Dec. Never received it. The post office has been good with corresponding with me. They sent the items back to the company and they actually signed gor the items, but now they are refusing to send my merchandise to me or grant me an refund so basically they just stole from me.

Not responsible for lost or stolen packages

I placed an order with the company on the 13th of December, I was supposed to receive it on the 22nd of December, and it was delayed until the 29th. The package was stolen, and Blush Mark feels they are not responsible for refunding or resending the parcel. If I knew they wouldn't do either, I would NEVER have ordered from them. Any real business would've tried to resolve the issue, not them. Now they're giving me the run around to file a claim with the post office because it states the package was handed to someone in my home, and I sent a video showing that it was stolen from my porch like, duh, it wasn't me stealing my package. I will NEVER order from them again they need to list this in their policy somewhere.

Tracking information

UPDATE: I received my package on time tracking number came on delivery date I did have a hard time tracking it but after awhile I figured it out…. I waited weeks to be sent the incorrect items. It’s cute and all but not what I ordered and WAY to big for me the amount of work I have to do to return it ain’t even worth it. The correct items are dope fit well and fabric feels amazing each item has its own texture and I’m pleased with them all. First and last time ordering from them

Hello I placed an order on Dec 7th. It says it should be delivered on Dec 22nd, however there is no update after Dec 13 saying it cleared customs. I’m not in a rush to receive my package bower after reading many reviews I don’t want to miss my delivery. hey guys i don’t ever make bad reviews…

hey guys i don’t ever make bad reviews on any company but this is just beyond me at this point, i made an order of $200-$230 of clothes back in October i got my order and decided to return a few things so i did the return process and it’s the first week of not having received my refund i contact them and they say it’s processing and then a few weeks past i ask again for my refund they tell me they cannot send it back to my card that i can with get a check or blush-mark wallet i chose the check and sent my information i still have no refund and i’ve contacted them 31 times thorough email and all they do is run me around and tell me to be patient it is now december and i still do not have my refund!!! i don’t know what to do at this point, i will never be shopping this site again.

I will never order from this company…

I will never order from this company again! It was my first and last time. They company that they use to ship packages improperly delivered my package. BlushMark and the shipping company has given my the run around and BlushMark doesn’t feel responsible. Why should a customer do all the running around to track a package with a shipping company they chose to use?! Never again 0/5

I am very disappointed in blushmark

I am very disappointed in blushmark. My ordered was supposed to be delivered today. And it wasn't. I placed a ordered 3 weeks ago for my daughter and still nothing. When we purchased a couple of months ago. The items arrived on time. But this time nothing. We only have a ordered number. No tracking number. And it also says when we check the ordered. That the ordered has been transferred to YUNTU. Whatever that means. And give 5 stars if satisfied and we haven't received anything. My order number is BM3621363721.

My daughter ordered items from blush …

My daughter ordered items from blush early this year for school (! $77.00) the items were poorly poorly made and what she received was not what she ordered on line! Never will i order from the network again they deceive us .ps when ask for return! They don’t send the correct one! May i have a stock opportunity because i didn’t get a refund.$77 worth plus sh!
