I have worked with Harriet as both a candidate and a hiring manager in the past. Harriet's dedication to understanding the people she works with is what puts her head and shoulders above any other partner I've worked with in recruitment, on both sides of the coin. As a candidate, you feel valued and understood, and then stepping over to the hiring manager side, the experience is equally as exceptional. If you want someone who will respect you and treat you like an equal, placing you (or finding for you candidates that fit) into an environment where you will thrive, then look no further.

I worked with Harriet and she was great from start to finish! I was contacted about a couple of jobs that looked appealing to me. Harriet helped me with updating my CV that hadn't been touched in 6 years. I managed to secure an interview but ended up pulling out the process. Without Harriets help, I wouldn't have been able to get as far as I did and secure a different role.

John contacted with with an interesting role which my matched my skills very well. John was able to promote my skills so that the client raised the salary to meet my experience. He is friendly, highly professional and very well organised and was able to resolve issues quickly. I am really pleased in my new role - thank you John!

Harriet found me for a potential vacancy for a well respected Client in the Harrogate area. On talking to her she had carefully matched my current position and skills and felt I was a strong fit for the role. Having received the job specification, I then applied.

On being selected for an interview Harriet took time to make sure I was properly prepared. She insisted I undertook research on the company, which we followed up with a Skype call / meeting a day before the interview. At this point we discussed the company and she prepared me for possible interview questions. It was obvious she had a good relationship with the client and had an excellent grasp of the types of questions which were likely to come up.

This preparation really helped me at the interview. After 13 years employment and then starting to look for a new position, I can honestly say no other agency took that much time and effort in making sure I was prepared for an interview as Harriet did.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with bluewaveSELECT. Josh and John started with the process and Emily took the baton. All were very proactive and were very supportive from beginning till the end of the process in securing a contract for me. I can see a great amount of professionalism in their dealings with me. Any queries I have, I can throw it at Emily, and she is swift to address it. Another name I should mention is Jane from the contracts team. It's a great pleasure to work with this team and I hope I will have a long term relationship with bluewaveSELECT. Thank you!

I was contacted by Harriet for an open position, which i eventually secured, mainly due to the helpfullness and professionalism shown by Harriet. Every step of the process, Harriet would be there to answer any questions and queries and would activley help me to put forward everything needed to secure the job role. Harriet is very friendly and easy to talk to, and it definitley came across that she was doing everything she could to help me through the process.

At no point was she pushy or demanding in terms of getting information needed and overall was a very pleasent experience. Cant say a bad word about Harriet or the process they go through with you, would definitley recommend to anyone.

Multiple red flags throughout the process
- Poorly written job description.
- Collecting references before resume selection.
- Kept re-posting the job for over two months for the same role, whereas, on the other hand, they claim that they have received more CVs than usual and had even conducted pre-screening interview calls.

An obsolete recruiting agency. Incompetent in SAP's latest cloud offering, especially Supply Chain.
Good at wasting Clients' and Candidates' time.

The only difference from other cowboy recruiters is responsiveness to queries although, meaningless in my case.

I have spoken with BlueWave for a couple of years and have always found them to be incredibly professional, approachable and friendly with great integrity. They genuinely care about matching candidates to the right role. Phil Storey has recently supported me in securing a permanent role and his approach has been very supportive and informative. Phil gave me all the relevant information I needed for the interviews, enabling me to prepare as fully as possible. Feedback and next steps were provided quickly and I felt supported through the whole process. I would definitely recommend BlueWave to anyone searching for their next SAP role.
