Water company charges are in a mess and it's quite likely you have been overcharged. We check your water bill free of charge and then provide you with a report of our findings. If we find errors we will make recommendation on the next course of action. In most cases this is provided on a commission only basis. If we fail to recover a saving there is no fee.

Who would have thought a rebate from our water supplier!
Blue Drop contacted us out the blue and highlighted some overcharges made by our water supplier. They managed get us a rebate dating back 6 years and reduce our bills gong forward. We would never have known about these overcharges and were delighted with the service Blue Drop provided. We would definitely recommend these guys!

Excellent service throughout the process!
Blue Drop Consulting has been a great help to our company, they approached us offering to see if they could save us money and recover what we had been over paying for as far as regulations would allow.
Their consultant was very friendly and kept us update throughout each of their steps that were being taken.
Blue Drop delivered on their promise, not only did we get a massive rebate from our water supply company, they also reduced our yearly water bills by a significant amount.
I Highly recommend Blue Drop Services.

Easy to deal with
Just had to send copy invoices and answer a couple of questions. About 3 months later a cheque refund for £3300 arrived from the water company in respect of overcharges

Professional and stressfree service
The guys at Blue Drop were very professional in the way they handled the case and kept me updated regularly. They will not accept the first reaction from the water companies, and will do what is best for you and not them. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and will also see what they can do for me at our other locations.

Excellent company who have saved our business a lot of money!
The company provided a very effective and efficient service. They looked into our water bills, contacted the relevant water company, and as a result got us a substantial refund and an ongoing cost reduction. They did all of the hard work for us and we got the net benefit.

Excellent result from a polite experienced company
The gentleman who visited the club initially was polite well mannered and listened - always a great start. The end result was excellent for our club and was achieved remarkably quickly.
I will recommend this company to any one.

Drainage Overcharge
Excellent service received from Blue Drop Consulting. Prompt response received from first phone call, efficient survey carried out and a large refund received from Severn Trent. Going forward we have received a reduction on future water bills. Would highly recommend giving this team the opportunity to do the same for others
