Prezzi concorrenziali e servizio clienti attento.
Ho ordinato un paio di stivaletti Dr Marten's numero 44,ad un prezzo di gran lunga inferiore rispetto al sito ufficiale Dr Marten's e ad altri siti di e-commerce.
Ho dovuto aspettare la ricezione delle scarpe più di quanto indicato da Blueberrybrands, perché il pacco è stato fermo in dogana.
Ho dovuto pagare alla consegna le spese doganali, che però mi sono state rimborsate dal servizio clienti.
Inoltre mi hanno offerto un ulteriore sconto sul prezzo per scusarsi dell'attesa più lunga del previsto.
Comprerò sicuramente di nuovo da questo sito, ho trovato convenienza e cortesia.
Consigliato!

È una azienda molto seria. Il prodotto richiesto era conforme a quello da me ordinato. Il ritardo nei tempi di consegna è stato compensato con un parziale rimborso del costo sostenuto. Il servizio clienti ha risposto in modo professionale ed efficiente

Spedizione dall'Olanda partita il 29/07 e arrivata oggi 06/09/19 solo previo pagamento di 14,50 euro di dogana. Il venditore mi ha rimborsato le spese di dogana e fornito uno sconto per il ritardo nella consegna.
Gli occhiali Rayban sono come ci si aspetta.
Lascio 4 stelle e non 5 solo per il lungo periodo di consegna.

ciao ragazzi, dopo aver messo all'attenzione dell'azienda la mia situazione, quest'ultima ha subito provveduto al rimborso totale del corrispettivo pagato. Di conseguenza ripresento la mia recensione mettendo 4 stelle in quanto l'azienda, in maniera molto celere, ha fornito l'assistenza adeguata.

Non ne vale l'attesa
Ho ordinato due paia di scarpe e dopo un mese ne è arrivato solo uno. Ho scritto un'email e devo ammettere che hanno risposto subito - motivo per cui non ho dato solo 1stella.
Dopo le opportune verifiche (ho mandato l'etichetta del pacco arrivato), ho ricevuto in giornata il rimborso (mi hanno anche detto che avrebbero potuto rispedire, ma non volevo aspettare ulteriormente).
Il rimborso non è stato totale: ne hanno approfittato e non rimborsato lo sconto he avevo ottenuto. Per carità, quattro euro, ma non è lo stesso corretto.
In sintesi, non consiglio il sito: tempi biblici per pagare pochi euro in meno e non sapere fino all'ultimo se si deve o meno pagare la dogana (informazioni ambigue sul sito).

Spedizione in Italia terribile.
La spedizione non avviene assolutamente in una settimana, dopo tre settimane il pacco é ancora in viaggio e chissà quanto tempo ancora resterà in dogana.
Per risparmiare qualche euro ho provato ad acquistare su questo sito; non lo rifarò e alla consegna non sarò piú presente all’indirizzo indicato per la spedizione pertanto, non ritirando il pacco, chiederò un rimborso totale.
