There's no option for zero stars? DO NOT USE!!! Absolutely horrible customer service and communication. Ordered something four weeks ago, got an email the next day that said it was on the way and haven't heard anything since. I expected it to take a little longer but have not gotten any information from them regarding my order. Tried to reach out several times and got one response by email. I paid for expedited shipping only to find out after checkout they tell you due to COVID orders may take several weeks. I was assigned some wonky tracking number... When I try to use it it says "no message from courier". I also tried calling and got a message that said their phones were being updated...how convenient. The message sounded like some guy in his mom's basement. I was hoping to use the exercise bands I ordered until my gym opened up, but it opened up Monday. I have a feeling I'm out 40 bucks and will have to dispute it with my bank. I think Facebook should have some responsibility on what ads pop up when you are using their site. I think I'm done now.

SCAM, beware!!!! I bought something from them and it still have not arrived. They keep telling me to be patient it will be here in like two weeks or so, and it has been a month. They also sent a USPS tracking number but it just looks like it never left the carrier. So, I looked up their address on google maps and it looks like it's a post office! I have been e-maling them and they don't reply at all. There is no phone number anywhere to be called. I can't believe there are still people like that out there to make a living out of it. SICK

Ordered and paid over two months ago, still nothing, and no response from customer service.

Bad customer service. Still don't have my order and I ordered it over a month ago. Can't get ahold of customer service. I see the tracking on the package and it looks like it's going all over the place. I honestly do not believe the tracking information. DO NOT buy from this company.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. When I contacted them about my order still not arriving after 3 weeks, they were upfront and honest with me about shipping delays. When I asked for a refund, they didn't hesitate to refund my order (any extra cash at this time helps).

I think if people made an effort to actually contact them instead of jumping the gun to write SCAM in the reviews, they would have the same experience as me. I'll admit though, I felt the same way before I contacted their customer service on Facebook. We're in the middle of a pandemic...what do you expect?

EDIT: I'll probably try to order from them again once this is all over

Thank God I didn't order a blue bear made product with my bank card, instead I used a very low limit credit card as I'm sure my account would have been compromised with this scam! Yay me!

I put my order for my bunion aide and still have not received it have sent multiple emails their phone does not work and I will be contacting my bank for a scam of this company
The red flag is the never asked for a size but, I was in so much pain at the moment

Never Received my products. Dont waste your time or money

Absolutely a Scam....don't trust them. I have still not gotten my product and we are over 3 weeks. I have called them and emailed them and nothing comes up, the people who are giving positive reviews are part of the scam. I am reporting them to the FBI and to the Credit bureau.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Finally went to my credit union and got my charges reversed.

I ordered the posture corrector on April 15th. On April 16th I got an email that showed that my ordered was picked up by an independent carrier. The order was given a USPS tracking code as well. I waited until the 12-14 days had passed it hadn't moved at all I contacted them by email (contact info was in email about shipment) got a response the next day telling me to "be patient it will be delivered" waited another week, delivery was still sitting in Inglewood awaiting delivery to post office. Tried to email using the contact info on their site figuring maybe this will get a response, it got returned as undeliverable. Used the email I had used before got the same response "be patient". Told the person who emailed me (Mikee) to cancel my order and refund my money now. My next stop was the bank to dispute the charge. Last email I got from him (same guy in every email) told me that he'd file a dispute with their carrier and that they'd give me 10% off of this order. I sent one last email telling them that I was done being patient, no response.

I kept asking for refunds and got "be patient". Got my money back the same day I went to my credit union.

This company is a rip-off, the positive reviews have to be people involved in the scam. Too many of the same complaints. Do not give this company your business. They're a scam.

It's been a month now that I ordered a Orthopedic device and it never showed up. I called and emailed them numerous times and all I got was the run around. They already took out the payment from my credit card and I don't have any recourse. Don't buy anything from them its a SCAM!!

Perhaps the worst customer service ever seen. They said it my item was shipped and never arrived. When I checked with them they said it was "being shipped." Still didn't get shipped. It finally did (about one month later), and they sent it to an address in Chicago, despite my shipping address in Florida..

I regret so much not to check Blue Bear Made products' reviews too. Their returns are very poorly handled - one officer would say "YES" it is all good to go, the next would say "No go". It took days for them to reply one email. There are so many staffs to handle ONE return item (very costly to run such a poor return system/procedure, not to mention the frustrations at the consumers end ??). I got I think by now well over three different officers to handle my return and still waiting to finalise my only and the precious "ONE" return item. Very disappointing !! I would give a negative star if there is one.

Wish I had read these reviews first! Been over a month and no product! Unfortunately I didn’t use PayPal either. Bend over and don’t expect a kiss!

Scam!!!! I never received my products after waiting the allotted 12-14+ days. Received tracking number and began tracking item it is still sitting in Ca! Emailed company no response.

Never received my products. Paid for order and showed a tracking number immediately. Can't talk to anyone and no reply from emails. SCAM COMPANY

Thank God, I ordered my products from Blue Bear Made through PayPal, I never received them or any contact. PayPal got involved and I got my money. Many reviews with "Did not receive my order." Wish I came across these reviews before purchase.

Arrived after 12 days. A little long, but the product worked exactly like how I saw the advertisement. Satisfied.
