Great service
I purchased a duvet set via Amazon. The material was a good quality and survived being washed without any loss of colour or quality. However, there was a manufacturing defect with one of the pillow cases. I contacted Bloomsbury Mill customer service directly and Angela replied same day (a Sunday) and new pillow cases were dispatched and arrived a couple of days later. Will definitely use again.

I purchased a blanket on amazon, which had a small hole in it. It was sorted very quickly I then purchased a safari duvet set via their own website. quick delivery, good quality product. Generally excellent customer sevice, I fully recommend this company.

Great quality products and customer service
I recently ordered some pink muslins and a sleeping bag. We ordered lots of blue things a couple of years ago for my son and they were great quality and have lasted well, still super soft. I just wanted a couple of pink things for my daughter. They came really quickly and look great. There was a small dark mark on the sleeping bag, something between the wadding and muslin. This wouldn't have been an issue but having only bought these couple of pink items, I did want it to be perfect so asked if i could return and get a replacement. Within 10 minutes I had a response to my email, saying a replacement was on its way along with some pram clips by way of apology. Even better, I don't have to trek to the post office to return the faulty item. I'll donate to our local baby bank. Excellent customer service and the items are reasonably priced for such great quality. I'm so happy, stress free solution and would definitely recommend.

Everything is great
Ordered a cot bed duvet cover and a pair of blankets. Haven't opened a duvet yet as won't be using it for another half a year but blankets are really lovely and my 2 year old daughter loves sleeping under them. Service was also great, wouldn't hesitate to order again from this company.

Defective products and non-existent customer service :(
Unfortunately the products I ordered (muslin sleep bags) are defective in the zippers. I’ve contacted Bloomsbury Mill directly via email regarding this with no response but unfortunately they keep emailing me asking for a review so I have no choice but to rate the products and service received poorly. I will say that the bags would be brilliant for warmer weather if the zips stayed zipped up, however I cannot use them now as they pose a safety risk to my child.
