We always use the Bliss Car service for…
We always use the Bliss Car service for our journeys to and from training sessions at Head Office, and the experience is always very positive. The cars are modern, clean, and comfortable, making every journey pleasant. The drivers are friendly, professional, and always make us feel welcomed and cared for throughout the trip.
I would also like to mention driver 001, who I particularly enjoy travelling with. He is calm, attentive, and always drives with great care and professionalism. He makes passengers feel comfortable and safe and creates a very pleasant atmosphere during the journey. I always feel relaxed and confident when travelling with him. I would highly recommend Bliss Car to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and reliable service.

Insufficient seats for airport run
Our taxi to Gatwick arrived promptly, however, despite confirming on the phone when booking that there were 6 of us and 3 suitcases, and also emailing a couple of days before to make sure, the taxi that arrived was not a suitable size for our family (it was missing one seat). As there were no other taxi's available (the driver did call the office but there was no one available as it was 2 am), we had to book a last minute parking space at Gatwick airport ourselves and 2 of us had to drive to the airport to avoid missing our flight.
We spoke to Bliss Cars and they apologised for the mistake, which we completely understand can happen. However, they refused to refund us the airport parking cost and only agreed to refund us 50% of the parking, and 15% of the return fare. This meant we were out of pocket for their mistake, and we were disappointed this is all that was offered.
We will no longer be booking with this company again, incase the same mistake happens and we are out of pocket as a result.

Unfortunately, on this occasion the incorrect vehicle was allocated to the booking, and we appreciate how stressful this situation must have been for you and your family at such an early hour before your flight.
While our team did try to assist and offer a partial reimbursement towards the parking costs along with compensation on the return journey, we are sorry that this did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been taken seriously internally, and we are reviewing our booking and vehicle allocation procedures to help prevent this from happening again in the future.
We genuinely appreciate the opportunity you gave us and regret that your experience did not reflect the standard of service we aim to provide.
