I purchased a blaupunkt express air fryer rotisserie oven through b&m. I was very pleased with this product until I removed the removable door. I unfortunately dropped the door onto a concrete floor, the glass broke the metal twisted so I can no longer use the oven. They sell new shelves but no door.
I've made or sent about 60 phone calls and emails and even their head office cant tell me where I can buy a new door.

Purchased a Blaupunkt Tv from Officeworks , worked for 3 weeks then had a melt down within the tv (pixle issue)Tried to return to office works which a customer service person said take warranty claims to manufacturer (mistake by them, they by law are meant to take it) Contacted Ayonz (Blaupunkt Australia) and a few emails and couldn't careless about me and said not honouring claim , i said i will take it further and they said go ahead , i went to comsumer affairs , officeworks paid me back 2 weeks later , long story short buy rubbish get rubbish

Customer service is null.and the product quality is also not as expected .All are corporate. Very worst experience I had faced till now. Very worst store . Every middle person want money to do their own work

Kundensupport ? Gibt es nicht, man Schreibt sich die Finger Wund und die Bekommen den Hintern nicht Hoch, lohnt sich NICHT mehr was von der Bude zu kaufen die sind so Unterirdisch Mies Geworden. KEINE Quakität mehr nur noch Schrott.

I bought a Blaupunkt Table top 4in 1 oven/airfryer/ grill and toaster its awesome had it a year now for the price I am happy. It does everything I need it to do.

I bought the Aquajet carpet spot cleaner well impressed value for money got loads of dirt out my carpet and suction is great. So far happy !

This Blaupunkt Free Glide Power Iron 3100w is dangerous, during use water comes out of the lift up lid where you fill it, down the handle of the iron and onto the charging base unit. Sadly I no longer have the receipt or the box so am unable to take it back so my money is wasted.

We bought 2 hand held fans and both failed after the first use. Complete waste of money

Mein 2 Jahre alter Waschtrockner ist absoluter Schrott.Die Wäsche stinkt regelmäßig, trotz regelmäßiger Verwendung von Waschmaschinenreiniger und Reinigung der Gummidichtung. Hatte vorher 15 Jahre eine Siemens Waschmaschine ohne Gerüche bis zu letzt. Nie wieder Blaupunkt.

Bought 2 Blaupunkt beer dispensers with cooler. they claim to fit any 5L beer keg, I bought 3 different beers and none fit, attempted to contact customer services, but there is a fee to get an answer. Total waste of money. Do not buy, use a reputable company

Onlangs een Blaupunkt autoradio gekocht.
Dit is 1x maar nooit weer!

Type:
Dubai met Bluetooth en DAB.

Slechte ontvangst.
Zeer moeilijk in te stellen
Dus niet gebruiksvriendelijk…….Verre van dat.
Slechte geluidskwaliteit.
Autoradio onwaardig en zeker gezien de aanschafprijs!!

Bluetooth werkte helemaal niet.

Nu een Alpine en gelijk een wereld van verschil in kwaliteit!
De Blaupunkt kan gelijk naar de stort.

Wat een suffe autoradio.

Nach nicht einmal fünf Jahren funktioniert der Backofen bereits nicht mehr. Ich kann die vielen schlechten Bewertungen leider nur bestätigen. Wer bei Blaupunkt kauft, kann zweimal kaufen.

Irridescent kettle from B&M.

We'd loved our previous glass kettle (also Blaupunkt, also from B&M) so when it died after six years we went back to the store and bought the current model.

It's dangerous. When tipped to pour, water comes out not just of the spout but also that whole area around the lid. It might be something to do with the filter in the lip, but whatever it is, it's unusable.

The overall quality is also very poor now - what a contrast to the previous model! The glass top isn't protected so sooner or later it's going to get knocked at the top; the pour balance is awkward - again, not great when dealing with boiling water.

It went straight back before someone got scalded. Reported to trading standards as a dangerous item. B&M need to look at the whole range as I can see that this isn't the first time this issue has been raised. What a shame that such a great brand has gone so far downhill.

Bought a Blaupunkt free glide iron - what a waste of money. Every time I use it water gushes down the iron into the sections where the electric connections are. Told family to stop using as can see someone getting electrocuted
Sadly throw box out and have lost the receipt otherwise it would have gone straight back to store.
Will never buy this make again what a waste of money not even 6 months old and had to buy another iron.

Nach gut einem Jahr machte bei meinem Fitnessring der Akku schlapp. Blaupunk sorgte umgehend für kostenlosen Ersatz. Der Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst war sehr gut, so etwas gibt es heute sehr selten.
Werde jetzt bei Anschaffungen erst mal schauen ob Blaupunkt was anbietet.

Blaupunkt Elektrogeräte nur Schrott

Die schlimmsten Küchen E-Geräte kommen von Blaupunkt!!! Wahrscheinlich schon der dritte Backofen in meiner Küche. Nie wieder.

Ik heb vorig jaar een robot stofzuiger van Blaupunkt aangeschaft. Nu is het apparaat kapot en ik probeer al weken met Blaupunkt in contact te komen. Tweemaal formulier op de website ingevuld geen reactie behalve een bevestiging van ontvangst. Eén keer telefonisch met de klantenservice, krijg je een bandje kan je naam en telefoonnummer inspreken. Ook geen opvolging. Dit is gewoon een zeer slechte service. Ik doe geen beroep op garantie, ik wil gewoon alles betalen, maar zelfs dan is de klantenservice nog te beroerd om met je contact op te nemen. Voor mij een reden om nooit meer een Blaupunkt te kopen. Dus mensen wees gewaarschuwd, de aftersales service is dramatisch bij Blaupunkt. John

Die Zugang via Blaupunkt Systemen zu meiner Aussenkamera wurde ohne jegliche Ankündigung eingestellt (Server erkennt technisch einwandfrei laufende Kamera nicht mehr).
Hersteller verweigert sich trotz Mail- und Telefonkontaktaufnahme jeglicher Kommunikation

Bought a dual drawer air fryer from B&M. £59. Hopeless touch screen didn't work very well. It kept overheating ( the E3 error message ) and tripping my electrics, it seemed poor quality. Took it back got a replacement which turned to be just as bad. So I took that back and got my money refunded.

Een robotstofzuiger (Blaupunkt Bluebot XTREME) gaat na 7 maanden en 29 keer gebruikt te hebben defect. Om deze op te sturen moet je zelf verzendkosten betalen. De conclusie is dat de batterij stuk is en deze niet binnen de garantie valt omdat deze voor een batterij maar 6 maanden is. Reparatie is 178,- euro. Als we het apparaat ongerepareerd retour willen moeten we 62,50 euro onderzoekskosten betalen en willen we het apparaat niet terug moeten we 26.50 euro betalen.
