We really wanted to go Seychelles but had no idea where to start when doing it ourselves. We came across Blank Canvas and read all the wonderful reviews and decided to give Jack a message. He was really helpful and took note of the things we had in mind, we were given a detailed itinerary of the hotels & islands we would go to each day. He was very attentive to what we were after and made the process very easy for us. We were blown away with the Seychelles and each hotel we stayed at and each surpassed our expectations. I would highly recommend booking your holiday/honeymoon with Blank Canvas. We hope to one day use your services again. Thank you!

INCREDIBLE! We’ve just returned from our honeymoon planned by Jack - we spent 10 days travelling Vietnam and 7 days all-inclusive in the Maldives. Every hotel that Jack picked was perfect and we were always so excited to move location to see what the next hotel was like! We did a number of half day tours and they were all amazing with transport to and from the hotel already arranged and all airport transfers were seamless! Cannot recommend blank canvas enough - we’re already looking to plan our next holiday with them!

Excellent trip. Travel agent was so helpful throughout the booking process. Our guides were wonderful and so knowledgeable. Making our whole trip so much fun. Would totally recommend Madagascar and Blank Canvas.

Jack at Blank Canvas along with the agency on the ground created the most incredible holiday for us in Madagascar. I couldn't fault any of the trip. It was tailored made to our needs and everything was met to such a high standard. Each place and excursion was so unique in its own way. I highly recommend visiting Madagascar, it is a truly spectacular place.

The trip itself was incredible, everything had been thought of allowing us to just rock up at each destination and enjoy our time there. Just got back from a brilliantly organised trip to Costa Rica. Jack listened to what we wanted to do, made really good suggestions, organised the entire trip and was charming when we had to make some last minute changes. What makes Blank Canvas so special is that they treat you as an individual and then think about what you would like and the best order to do that in . We were away for two and a half weeks and stayed in five different places each hotel was appropriate for what we were doing at that time (changing planes, walking in the rain forest, relaxing at a spa , on the beach) .

Jack booked us a fab holiday in Thailand. I gave him a budget and his options included all our flights, transfers and trips, all within budget. He asked for information on our preferences and his choices of accommodation were exactly what we asked for. Also we came across a problem on our trip (covid related!), Jack couldn't have been more helpful when we needed support abroad.

One of my favourite holiday experiences made by blank canvas. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants that perfect holiday. Excellent in every way…..communication, accommodations, pricing, transports, flights etc.

Jack has taken the time to give us several options of different honeymoon choices and has managed to fit everything in from our wish list, as well as suggesting some places to visit and things to do that we’d never have thought of ourselves but can’t wait to try.

As well as creating a bespoke holiday based on your likes and dislikes, you’re given info on the admin side (visas vaccines etc) which is an extra sense of reassurance.

I’d honestly recommend this company to anyone.

5 stars just isn’t enough! I wish I could give more. Jack has been nothing but helpful and gone above and beyond for us to give us the most amazing bespoke honeymoon to Thailand we could have ever hoped for.
We returned from our trip a couple of days ago and we can’t stop wishing we could go back and do it all again.
With Covid, our trip was up in the air, but Jack was brilliant throughout the booking process, answering the hundreds of questions we had and listening to us and our needs 100%.
Jack even made us a backup bespoke trip to another location in case our Thailand plan fell through because of Covid! Customer service we would not expect but he did it with no complaints and a wonderful attitude.
We had a couple of transfer pick ups miscommunicated but Jack was able to sort this out immediately from his end - even outside of business hours and always almost immediately despite the 7 hour time difference!
The experiences, accommodation, guides and drivers were all fantastic. The trip of a lifetime for us and we will 100% be booking more trips through Blank Canvas down the line and would recommend to anyone thinking about booking - do it now! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Me and my partner have been looking to go to Sri Lanka for a while. As we already booked a holiday for Namibia with Blank Canvas (hopefully for next year due to Covid we had to post pone it 3 times!), after the outstanding service we received during the booking and the subsequent re- booking, we decided to book again with them as soon as travelling became an option.
The booking process was very smooth, Jack asked me a few questions about what I wanted out of the holidays and he tailored an itinerary based on my answers. The itinerary was perfect! All the places we visited were beautiful, interesting and every day we had lots of things to do.
His partners on the ground in Sri Lanka are fantastic people and very professional. The hotels he chose were the best we stayed in, and we traveled a lot in the past 20 years…… so we stayed in few!
The one thing I really appreciate about the company, and Jack in particular as he is the one that I have been dealing with from start to finish, is their attitude towards their customers.
We had a few problems with our departure and inbound flights (airline fault unfortunately), so I called Jack from the airport on both occasions. It was on a Saturday on the way back so outside business hours, but he still did everything possible to sort out the problem and make sure that we were on the plane back safe and on time. I can honestly say that he did a fantastic job, we were so lucky to have booked with this guys as in my experience, other travel agents wouldn’t have been so efficient and hands on in solving the issues, and this was a major plus for us as with the Covid situation everything is uncertain so you need to feel safe knowing that if there is a problem, you will be looked after.
So if you are thinking about your next holidays, please do get in touch with Blank Canvas, trust me you are not going to regret it!!!! I would give 10 stars if i could.

We have never heard of this company prior, Jack has been absolutely brilliant. We had a response very quickly, he really knows his stuff and put an itinerary together which was incredibly bespoke and exactly how we wanted it. Our trip with another company was canceled due to Covid, Jack was able to give us quotes practically instantly and only just over our budget whilst upgrading our hotels. He took into account a medical issue and reason for booking the trip and have made this holiday truly special for us. The info provided and customer service throughout so far has been spectacular. We fly in April 2022 so will update review once we have travelled. But so far so good and have exceeded expectations!
