The products are amazing, the customer service is atrocious. The phone number is out of service and the backup AI prompt disconnects each time

Products were great
Products were great . I live in Canada so I really can’t justify the price it cost me even with the 40% discount it cost me 400 dollars because I was unaware it was going to be another 125 dollars in duties that I had to pay at the post office. So all in all cost me over 400 dollars which is insane for some supplements . But I loved the supplements no issues with them . I worked briefly with Guy Cisternino and he swore by the supplements so I took his word for it .

Wore the hoodie once…
Wore the hoodie once and noticed a tear in the arm. Surprised the XXL was a bit tight. I have XXL hoodies purchased previously from BlackLabs and the still fit well. Not happy about the tear in the arm.

Risposta di Blackstone Labs
Greetings, we apologize about the defect in the hoodie. Please contact our customer service regarding this issue at cs@blackstonelabs.com.
As for the size, our suppliers source their items from a wide variety of vendors and, while we do our best to ensure letter sizes are similar to prior offerings, sometimes we cannot make them 1:1 due to sourcing constraints. Sizing is also not guaranteed to match the size chart exactly and sometimes can have a tolerance of up to one inch.

I have been a loyal customer for the…
I have been a loyal customer for the last 2 years.Shipping has always taken longer than any other company. This last order took 3 weeks to be delivered and when I sent an inquiry the response was rather rude. My order finally arrived. I will no longer be ordering from Blackstone labs.

Risposta di Blackstone Labs
Greetings, we sincerely apologize for the late arrival of your order. It looks like your order was shipped the same day. Once a product leaves our warehouse we cannot control how long it will take to arrive. USPS really dropped the ball on this one.
However, if you’ll hear us out, we would like to make it right. I will have customer service contact you soon.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience with Blackstone Labs!
Ordering from Blackstone Labs was an absolute breeze—super easy website to navigate, smooth checkout, and everything was crystal clear from start to finish. I placed my order and was genuinely impressed by how fast it shipped—way quicker than expected!
But the best part? The products. Phenomenal results. These supplements actually work. I’ve tried a lot of different brands over the years, and nothing has delivered like Blackstone Labs. You can tell they’re serious about quality and effectiveness.
If you’re on the fence, don’t be—these guys are the real deal. Fast, reliable, and most importantly, their products back up the hype. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Blackstone Labs is the only workout supplement company that I trust. I have been using there products for at least 5 years and the pre-workout still hits hard!

Never a bad experience
I have never, EVER had a bad experience with Blackstone Labs. Every product I've ever purchased has done exactly what I needed it to.
And let me take this time to shout out an old coworker of mine named Robert who introduced me to Blackstone Labs with the Dust Reloaded preworkout.
