The products are amazing, the customer service is atrocious. The phone number is out of service and the backup AI prompt disconnects each time

Company has great products
Company has great products. I have not been disappointed with the products I've order or the customer service I've received. The transparency with their products is also a huge plus. Looking forward to ordering my next batch of items.

Thank you Blackstone Labs
Blackstone Labs has always delivered with not only the best supplements but the best ordering experience! The fast shipping and extras included with orders make it very enjoyable! Every one of their products I've used gives me the best results versus any other brand I've tried. DUSTX is by far the best pre-workout on the market without question! Chosen1 has helped me increase muscle size and density! Apex Male has been a new staple in my regimen and I experienced quick and lasting results in just overall well being with more drive, brain function, better sleep, and mood! I've been a long time customer and will continue to be as long as they keep being the best in the industry! Thank you to everyone at the Blackstone Team!

I tried doing the texting thing to find out some info about certain products and the person responding was extremely short and not really answering my question. You could tell they just did not want to respond. And eventually they did stop responding and quit answering questions. I then reached out to Kristen and she was phenomenal and answered every question I had and went into depth about it as well. It was a great experience with Kristen. The products I ordered came very fast and I definitely notice results. Iv been taking them for about 2 weeks now and already gained 2 1/2 inches on my arm size. Great products.
