Shopped in Blacks Nottingham on Sunday. A very friendly welcome into the store. We had excellent customer service from Josh on the first floor when trying to buy walking shoes/ boots. A successful purchase for 3 pairs.

One of my favourite go to shops
Great customer service, friendly, engaging and knowledge staff. Blue Light accepted, always come out with a bargain. One of my favourite stores to “pop in” and have a mooch. Thanks for the base layer yesterday.

All the staff we spoke to were very kind and knowledgeable. John was exceptional when helping my son select and fit new hiking boots. Can't thank him enough, even tricks for lacing them on the trail and nice humour to put him at ease. Rare to find someone so knowledgeable these days, thanks again ☺️
