Good shopping experience
Popped into Blacks in Jersey to buy a mid layer top - but needed specific weight and thickness for bike packing trip. Angie gave her time to ensure I got the right top and was comfortable with my purchase. The staff there are very friendly and genuine. Thank you

I had occasion to take back a new camping lantern which by sheer bad luck was faulty . When I took it back I was served by Sussy who could not have been more pleasant and helpful . Thank you to Blacks Jersey and to Sussy ( hope I have soekt that correctly !)

Very helpful
Went into the store looking for a sleeping bag for my daughter, not long after ive enter the store a member of staff named Sussy, made a friendly approach and helped choosing right size and explained that I should go for the 200 as the 300 would be to warm for my daughter for this time of the year.. i wouldnt know anything about it and probably would of grabbed the wrong one.. Great service and very polite

Excellent customer service from Anna today. I went in for some gas canisters. A four pack was £14 but, unprompted, she told me I could buy two packs for £16. A great deal!
