Walking boots
I was impressed by the range of products and also the knowledge of the young lady who served me. Sophie helped me to get the walking boots I needed. I hope she goes far in the retail trade.

The perfect chair all thanks to Josh Shea.
I’m of a larger persuasion and I’ve fallen foul of poor camping chairs in the past… typically they’re too tight on the legs. Fortunately for me an exceptional customer advisor in Josh Shea was on hand to help me find the right fit. The HG Vegas XL’s are just what me and my partner needed to have a more comfortable and robust camping experience. Thank you Josh… you’re a star.

I was in need of some waterproofs
I was in need of some waterproofs so I popped in to Blacks on Jameson Street in Hull and was served by Josh, He greeted me with a smile and asked me what I was looking for.. Josh was really friendly and knew his products.. he has great customer service and is very helpful.. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.. one happy customer 😁

Peter Storm Fleeces
Bought 2 Peter Storm tops today. Been looking at them for a while but wasn't sure about the quality. How wrong can you be?
They are as good as I've ever had and extremely warm. The price was excellent as well, 2 for £18. Only word of caution, needed to upsize.Thanks to the staff at Jameson St in Hull.

My shoes were wearing thin so .......
I needed a good pair of walking footwear there and then so, I went to Black's in Hull, they always have good stuff in there and the staff were really helpful and friendly too, as they always are. I can't remember their names, the two lovely ladies that were on their afternoon shift.

Visited black todays to buy rucksacks for my children for our approaching holiday to India. I was greatly assisted by Ethan at the hull store who was incredibly patient and knowledgable. He was friendly and spent lots of time ensuring we bought the correct kit. He also gave us really useful suggestions for some additional stuff we might need and made sure we got all the discounts we could by asking if we had a blue light card (I wouldn’t have thought of mentioning it). He was great, a real credit to Blacks.
