Great service from Stu at the Hull branch.
His product knowledge and customer service skills were second to none.

Visited the blacks store in hull today…
Visited the blacks store in hull today to look at new trainers. Had a great selection and the only good quality outdoor store in Hull now. Us locals need to support these stores as they would be massively missed. Jess looked after me and was very friendly and knowledgeable to what I was looking for. Great store that I have used many times in the past. See you again soon.

Great staff
A lovely, helpful lady helped me to find some walking boots,went out of her way, gave really good advice.
Good result ,nice, comfortable , reasonable hiking shoes.

Buying walking boots
Hugh was very helpful with buying some walking boots. Especially with checking stock to offer me the option of looking at a second pair in my size when we had a query on the colour differential. All staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great service in Hull
Both members of staff that were in Blacks Hull on 10/6 were fantastic! We called with an enquiry prior and the lady was super helpful and in-store the two employees serving us were very friendly and helpful. We shop at this branch regularly and always have a positive experience. Thank you!

Good choice and a very helpful assistant
Looking for good quality ladies waterproof walking shoes. Blacks in Hull had a good range and the assistant, Sonya, was very helpful and patient as I tried on a number of pairs in different sizes to ensure best fit. She did not pressure me at all, just offering good advice, to help me make the right choice.

Blacks Hull excellent service
I popped into Blacks Hull to see if I could buy 2 pairs of snow grips for walking boots. I was given a very friendly greeting by a young lady & she promptly found what I was looking for. While I was there I had a look at walking shoes & was given advice when I asked questions. I left Blacks with a pair of walking shoes & 2 pair of snow grips & feeling happy. Thank you for helping me spend money on the correct equipment.

Great Knowledge
Went in store to have a look and get advice on some new walking boots. Josh helped me out and clearly really knew his stuff. I know have a much better understanding of what I need and after I’ve narrowed my choice down I’ll be back to Josh to purchase. In the meantime I came away with some crocs because as Josh said, comfort is everything!
