Blacks - Dundee Recensioni

Blacks postal service excellent and in store returns simple, staff in store friendly yet professional and extremely helpful.

I bought a Berghaus fleece for £73 from my local Blacks in Dundee. I also bought a Berghaus beanie that was on sale for £14. Was helped & served nice & politely. Fleece fits well & is warm & comfortable.
Beanie fits perfectly. Nice & tight & feels quality. No problems to report at all. Happy customer. Will be back. Blacks is my go-to for outdoorsy equipment & clothing. Thank you 👍

We had a brilliant shopping experience! The store has a lovely variety of items and very friendly employees! George helped us out today, he is very knowledgeable and patient with us whilst choosing some new walking boots!

Excellent customer service from Alix. As it was just before Christmas the shop was busy but well organised and staffed. I received patient kind and skilled service. The choice of boots and shoes was extensive and attractive.
Thank you.

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa. The first time my mother was looking for walking shoes and although we didn't find the right pair for her, Lisa's knowledge of the shoes and theri characteristics plus her super friendly manner made me decide to come back when I was looking for a pair for myself.
So today I went in and with Lisa's guidance purchased a pair of merrell moab gtx 3's which I hope will serve me well for a few years.
If you are looking for an honest non pushy place to buy a pair of shoes of boots you should check out Lisa at Black's.
Thanks again for all your help

Great display on offer and very attentive staff

Helpful assistant recommended styles that fitted my foot width. Good quality and good value for product.

Lisa was so helpful, it made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. She gave good advice & helped me find what I needed without being pushy.

I visited Blacks (in a panic) before a trip to Iceland and Craig couldn’t have been more patient and helpful with everything. He was very knowledgable and gave excellent advice to someone who didn’t really know what they were looking for. Thanks to him I was prepared and comfortable in all weathers on my trip.

I purchased a pair of Berghaus Waterproof trousers, however I forgot to present my £50 gift card when paying on card for my item.
The member of staff was very helpful and called a Supervisor who promptly sorted out the transaction to include my gift card. Very helpful, friendly and fantastic customer service.

Great service here as always, ever helpful when searching for gear. Thanks Lisa.

Lisa was extremely helpful and patient with us as we purchased 3 pairs of walking boots and a pair of walking shoes. Outstanding service, thank you.

Staff are good, knowledgeable (I tested that was camping gas compatibility code number) and very helpful.
Would definitely recommend this store. Well done people you deserve bonus!

Staff were welcoming and very helpful in providing detailed information on products and further information that helped us make a decision. Staff were also friendly and efficient. Made the visit a fun and enjoyable one.

I bought a pair of meindl boots from Lisa. She was most helpful as I needed a half size.
Blacks is one of the few outdoor shops that sell half sizes. Well done Blacks !!!

Was helped today by Lisa, she made the experience of picking my new walking shoes a good one. I picked something that I probably wouldn't have thought off and at an excellent price. I've always liked Blacks as an outdoor shop it's well stocked. Keep up the good work Dundee Blacks.

Was helped by George who gave great advice with patience on buying walking boots to someone who really didn't know what they were looking for!

Excellent service. Very polite, helpful assistant. I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. Not at all pushy. Excellent choice of walking shoes at good prices. Tried on several pairs and given good advice on what to look for in a good pair of shoes. Very friendly assistant.
