Shop has great staff
We needed a tent - last minute. We came to blacks and James was with us from the beginning. He was great, even let us pinch the tent on the spot so we could see it, as we did not have time to come back in case we did not like it. He was on his break, but still helped, bless him :D

Excellent shoes, excellent service.
It is difficult for me to find good walking shoes. I was in and out of Black's in under 30 minutes with exactly what I was looking for. Sue and the rest of the staff were excellent, fast and efficient!

Marysia and James
I went to pick up a list of items for hiking. I was helped by Marysia who was very friendly. Apparently it was her first week, very good! She was assisted by James who was also very friendly.
I come into blacks in person rather than buying online because I like the human element.

Great advice looking for walking shoes
We were looking for walking shoes and Sue was great at helping us narrow down the options. We went out for lunch and came back again, then Tim (the manager) helped us make the final decision based on what we were looking for. Thank you both for the great service.

Monday 28th July in Bristol Broadmead I was served by Marysia/Sue. The service I received was friendly and helpful, showing me the area to look in and suggesting other sale areas that I had missed. I was quickly able to find what I was after and made my purchase.
