Visited Bristol store today. Was impressed by the choice. Assistant, Ollie, was cheerful and helpful.

Had a great experience today buying walking boots. The staff, Ollie in particular, was really helpful - he must have gone to the back room five times when I kept asking for different sizes, but because of that I found a pair in my budget that fit absolutely perfectly. He even let me know about extra offers in store so I ended up buying a reduced head torch too. Very pleased, I look forward to wearing my new boots in the dark!

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Ollie had great knowledge of the difference between models and was very useful in deciding which jacket to buy. Couldn't have asked for better service.

I needed a new waterproof jacket. For clothing I like to actually try it on and see the quality before buying so I headed into Bristol. Blacks had the best range and the store assistants were very helpful. A big thank you to Sue who was very helpful. I ended up buying the OEX Tirran waterproof jacket and I'm very happy with it, love the look, fit, colour and though I have yet to try it in a serious downpour I'm sure it will be good.

Had a great exerpeince getting some walking boots for myself today. We visited Blacks in Bond Street, Bristol. Welcomed as we came into the shop and asked what we were looking for, and shown the right direction immediately. Sue helped me look at all the walking boots that I was interested in, and also checked to see if other options i fancied that weren’t available in the shop were online.
I found the perfect pair and overall had a great experience! Cheeers!

Ines gave me exceptional service. She gave me space to try on several boots without ever rushing me. She was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure visiting the shop.

I was assisted by Molly who helped me on the shop floor while I was looking for some boots, she was incredibly knowledgeable, very approachable and helpful.

I was then served by James, he made the experience really friendly, casual and relaxed while also providing very helpful information. I appreciate his chattiness, being somebody who struggles with social anxiety, he made me feel at ease in a situation I usually dislike. I'll definitely keep returning to Blacks, the team here are really great.

Great service at Blacks today - a very clear snd helpful explanation of the pros and cons of down jackets and synthetic equivalents.

And then they made sure I got the best deal available, despite that not being available in-store.

Went to buy TNF duffel bag today, happy that I got huge discount, black Friday. Also got another 50% discount for purchasing items behind the cashier counter. Lucky day. Molly was very friendly and helpful, excellent service. Thanks a lot. It made my day. Cheers
