8fig is a typical Merchant Cash Advance company with high daily payment requirements that start immediately after funding and high fees. Their customer service is mediocre. They never respond to contact forms on their website and their phone support is not that great. IF they say they will call you back, don't count on it. They won't. I suppose, for the industry they are in, it's not bad. But not exactly a quality experience.
