This pizza really is really on another level. All the ingredients used are such good quality. Would strongly recommend.

Great pizzas - love this place, but the only negative are the crusts. They used to be lovely and crunchy, but now are soft and are so chewy, it’s almost a chore to have to eat them. Either make them crunchy again, experiment with some new bases (I’m sure Birtellis would put the massive chains to shame here) or supply a nice dip such as the garlic one you get from Papa Johns so that they go down easier. Personally I’d prefer more pizza with a smaller base.

Delicious pizzas bought to make with my granddaughter. She really enjoyed making the pizza and they tasted amazing. Fresh ingredients all delivered within 24hours. What a great idea! I'd definitely use Birtellis again. The gluten free base was also very good. Excellent product 10/10!

Birtelli's provided an excellent service for our company event from start to finish! Clear and responsive communication, with great attention to detail. I would recommend them to any other company or event planners in need of Pizza as they took care of everything. The team and I commended the outstanding quality and great taste of the Pizza! I have no doubt we shall be using their services again and encourage others to do the same.

We have recently used Birtellis for a virtual conference and ordered the pizza kits to be delivered to 60 individual delegates. We were delighted with the ease of the ordering process, but also the pizzas. They were a huge hit and provided something really different. The pizza’s were incredible tasty with very fresh ingredients, even the gluten free option tasted amazing!
In addition, they were well packaged, all arrived on time and the service we received was fantastic. I would definitely use again.

I ordered through Uber eats whilst me and my wife where in the Bluebell birth suite at Warwick Hospital after the birth of our son. The first night excellent food was delivered so we ordered again the next night. They cancelled the order 5 mins after accepting it but I was still charged £37 even though they cancelled and we received no food! I am having to raise a credit card charge back to get my money back! Good food if it arrives but terrible service and basically theft!!

Tried these pizza boxes for the first time last Friday and I have got to say they were brilliant. Packaged well and noted the green packaging used which was good.

The delivery was next day by DPD which was a plus.

I and my partner really enjoyed making the pizzas and the finished product tasted amazing! Would defiantly recommend and next time we will be trying the dough balls instead of the pre-made bases so we can use our new pizza oven!

I was very unwell after eating the pizza despite saying I had a soya allergy and dairy intolerance.

Great food, well packaged and ingredients on the 2 pizzas were Fresh and really tasty. The 6 nations special was particularly good!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. It is the worst pizza I ever had. Even the supermarket bale it yourself pizza is so much better and tastier than the one I had from these guys. I actually bought 2 pizzas, and cooks only 1 , the second pizza and ingredients went straight to the bin. Awful. The pizza dough was absolutely non chewable (I know how to cook pizza, we have it once a week at least!) The chicken that wen on top was dry-ish when it was still in the ingredients pack, and dried out further in the oven. The sweetcorn that came as a topping I didnt even bother putting on the pizza as it was yellowing-greying colour and looked like it wasn't fresh. whatever michellin star chef star they advertise as the creator of their products is a complete disappointment. I will never order wiht them again

We have ordered the mushroom pizza kits, which were quick and fun to put together and tasted very good. The sheep wool packaging they used to keep the fresh ingredients cold, will be recycled as nesting materials for our garden birds - an extra little bonus!
There was a little snag with my vouchers and the online order, but Jag sorted it out very quickly with no problem! Can highly recommend this.
