We purchased an 8 month old Rainbow Lorikeet staff were really friendly and helpful. We have had our little Lori for only 4 days and he’s perfect becoming very tame already.

Got a green baby quaker parrot he's is adorable 2 hrs and he was settled he is thriving and is really good with taming he came with ring on x

On the 12th June we went to add a new member to our family.
We was greeted by a lovely polite lady who was very helpful and knew what she was talking about. We purchased a Indian Ringneck parrot which we have named Kiwi. Already within a week he is going onto an extended arm and getting closer to being tamed. Kiwi seems healthy and full of life and becoming a fun character.
Will definitely come here again.

contacted them about purchasing a alexandrine parakeet, on a Friday, was informed of a price £300, plus £95 delivery by courier. next day when i went to confirm it was told they had been sold out. none in stock until some more came in... apparently the price was also gonna go up to £325.

I smelled something fishy, asked my other half to contact them over the phone and enquire if they had any in, she was told they had them in and they where £325.

I kind of assumed that he wanted to charge the new price ence why the sudden out of stock, enquired with them further was told they would had some arriving on Monday and to contact them then.

Monday arrived contacted them again was told nothing new yet. I got suspicious whatsapped them from my other number was told they had them in stock at £350 each. messaged him from my own number to inform him he was just wasting my time and had no intentions off selling me the bird, (i believe the price would have just carried on going up). within seconds off getting a what do you mean my other number pings with alexandrines aren't available for a few days, despite saying 4 minutes earlier he had them in.....

once exposed made some excuses, asked me if I was harassing him and told me to get the bird somewhere else followed by blocking me.

Initial contact price: £300 + £95 delivery
24 hours later: £325 + £95 delivery
Less than 72 hours later: £350 + £95 delivery

checked courier prices myself today and without a business account (which they offer even lower prices to businesses), private booking was quoted at £70.

further research and after finding other reviews im glad i didn't purchase my pet from them

untrustworthy and dubious behaviour at best, over a period off 4 days dealing them my recommendation avoid at all costs

I bought a bird from these people. No ring on and won’t come near me. Screeches all the time. My thoughts are it wasn’t a baby and it’s an aviary bird. Tried to contact them but no replies. Really shoddy work ethics. They are just in for the money.

DO NOT WASTE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY bought a bird of these guys and a week later it died waking up yesterday to see the bird is dead. When we bought the £400 bird, we was told it’s shy and will be ok after a few days. After 3 days we called them but the guy insisted the bird needs more time. 6 days later it’s dead! £400 no ring, no papers. We have contacted defra bird association they will be looking in to all the birds this company has My vet has claimed these birds are wild trapped and sold to dodgy dealers like birds4u. Guys just look around don’t be fooled by the sweet talk. Once they got your money they don’t care.

Very bad damp all over the walls we brought 2 parrots 6 days ago and died 4 days after 3 dead birds in a cage 1 was dying never go to that shop or buy from nadeem (owner)

I brought two birds from this place 5 days ago . My parrots died in three days 12 hours apart from each other.
My children are still crying. The whole family is upset over the loss.
I was told they were 5 months old but they were 4 weeks old. They died from avian flu.
I went down to the shop today, there were two dead birds in the cages and Nadeem (owner) came and put the dead bird in the feeding bowl.
The place is mouldy , dirty , and cold. I have contacted and provided information to pdsa, trading standards and the omudsman.
I went on pets for homes. The owner and his family have plastered ads every where with different numbers.
I rang one of the number and an Asian lady said they have 300 parrots and two locations in the uk and that delivery is no problem.
When department don't take notice , this what happens.

I bought a parrot when we purchased the bird for my mother in law’s birthday the shop made out the ring on the bird was to tight so they cut it off also they never gave me any certificates with the bird and never give me the breeders details for me to chase it up so I believe it’s a wild caught imported bird as my vet does and the age they said the bird was not true either I had the bird around 3 4 weeks it died I couldn’t get any insurance as I had no details of the bird so I’ve rang and asked for money back as why should I be out of pocket for there trading dodgy birds

I brought a pair of birds from birds4u and one died within four day so I rang the the bloke to tell him and he told me to ring back the next day so I did and the day after that for three day. Then finally he said for me to pay for an autopsy on the bird before they would do anything,I would NEVER buy a bird from there again

My sister got a parrot from here and died after one week. I Phoned in on behalf of her to speak to manager. I explained to woman I’m not happy

No receipt was given and we had to pay for cash only, u don’t accept cards or make up reasons that it’s not working.

Asian woman over phone asked me
what was the problem like the paying cash and giving no receipt isn’t a real problem,

I Then explained my problem and she asked if it was my brother who came in the other day and later Called in to say my parrot died, I said no that’s not me. I I also explained I checked reviews on yelp and everyone says same thing that parrot or bird died after a week. She told me oh but they are lying it’s not true I then interrupted her and said. But you just said another guy called in and said his parrot died and you assumed that it was to do with me ?

She said she’s busy and will have to call Monday to speak to manager. Now their number doesn’t even work
