birdproxies is pretty good so far
although im being given 1 gb bandwidth for leaving a review (so an incentive), i do actually think myself that this is a pretty unique and refreshing break from other proxy providers. the prices are genuinely cheap, though i have not tested the proxies so i don't know how well that goes through.
