My Wife and I attended Warrington branch today 11.00 a.m. and 11.05 It’s quite a daunting task bearing in mind the unknown quantity attached to this subject.
I think you enter the premises with the positive result scenario in mind; cancelled Holiday and the fact you have covid to mention only a couple of nightmares to sort. Add to this the 3 day time restriction it’s not the best situation we’ve been in. Anyway, staff made everything straightforward and clear. Our emails came quite quickly really (early this evening) and more importantly both negative. Once again thank you to all involved.

Excellent service. The tests were received promptly, were the easiest to follow ( compared to the other companies I have used) and the price is excellent. (Most other companies hike the final price) The results came back quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

This has happened twice
Each time the date and Time of when the sample was submitted was omitted from the Pre Travel Certificate.
This is a crucial bit of Information that Airlines need to confirm that the test was done within 72 hours .
Each time I had to email and no doubt each time I received an apology and a prompt correction. I wonder if this info can be put on as a Standard rather than us having to re request it.
When it happened the first time I thought it was a one off but as it happened the second time I felt it was important to raise this concern

Not worth it the one star. Zero is the most suitable. I paid 75£ for 5 day-2 pcrs which I received 5-10 days later. No service customer. No replies to my emails. You are a mess!

I ordered the day 2 test for unvaccinated travelers on the 3rd of March. Having to travel unexpectedly, I was a little scared I wouldn’t receive my PLF reference code in time but was NOT disappointed. I received the code 10 minutes later. I did not pay extra for shipping and received the test itself today ( 5th march). I have not done the test itself yet, so don’t know how quickly I will have those results , but if it’s as timely as the code and package, BioGrad will be my new go to! Traveling is stressful due to restrictions at the moment, but the speed of this company makes it all a lot easier! Thank you!!

Test at 1630 on Thurs 3rd March at Biograd Warrington Golden Square. Result received Fri 4th March 12noon. As due to fly to Thailand 7.25am Saturday, had to cancel holiday which was a birthday celebration. Went for NHS PCR at 1.30pm Friday 4th March. Result received this morning, at the time we should be boarding the plane (Negative). We emailed Biograd on receiving their test result asking what were the chances of the test being inaccurate or mixed up, they said absolutely no chance. We had waited a long time for this holiday

Stressful but okay , first of all Warrington staff didn’t seem much helpful though I booked for self administration but should help with filling the card and write the reference number etc. the staff did help but a little more help will make all happy… test result takes time as it’s cheap only cost me £35 with certification. But I am stress free and can fly tomorrow.

If you book just book don’t be put off by negative feedback nothing in this world is straight forward. People put negative feedback with anger cause of having bad experience most good experienced customers don’t bother leaving feedback .

Had to use an old unused test for some last minute travel, was able to speak to someone rapidly who assured me it would be doable. Even better was being able to speak to another helpful member of staff at half midnight who confirmed it was being processed and got us our results in less than 6 hrs (photo submission of at home pre travel tests)

Strongly advise against using for PCR Home Test kit as it is not possible to send off results and have them returned for the 72 hours pre departure requirement for flights. We ordered tests a week before flying and the whole process was not completed until the day after our flight so we needed to source emergency PCRs an extremely stressful experience.
