All of the team were really fun and helpful. Everybody had loads of knowledge and gave a good insight into medicine and the course itself. There was plenty of practical stuff that wouldn't be done on a work experience placement.

This has been an amazing experience. I chose to do this for DofE residential course. I’ve learned a broad range of medicine about cardiac and pulmonary medicine. Abby and Jamie have been extremely insightful tutors. I felt safe and protected at all times in this new city.

Abby and Jamie were great lecturers on the Cardiac and Pulmonary medicine course. The balance of practical and lecture based learning was great and I really enjoyed learning on both sides.

Very immersive! Was a bit nervous flying across the world and going into uncharted territory but ended up making really close friends and the classes taught by Abby were definitely a really great way to 'test-drive' medicine. I'm definitely more keen on doing medicine now.

Skills bootcamp gave the tools and skills I needed to progress my career. Would definitely recommend

I had a great experience during my laboratory skills bootcamp with Biograd. I would definitely recommend them to any aspiring scientist looking to gain practical laboratory experience.The western blotting practical and CV workshop sections of the bootcamp were particularly useful for me as a recent Biological Sciences graduate.

I attended a two-week Laboratory Skills and Biotechnology Bootcamp in December 2023. I really enjoyed the course and looked forward to heading into the laboratory every day during it. It's been a while since I graduated from university so it was really nice to be in an educational environment and feel like a student again.
All of the BioGrad staff and lecturers were very informative and friendly and I really enjoyed the course. One of my favourite sessions was learning about antibiotic resistance and how to grow my own bacteria and see how it respond to antibiotics.
I would definitely recommend this course to anyone with an interest in science who wants to go on to work in a laboratory setting.

Daughter was booked on a practical A level endorsement. Course was cancelled due to lack of numbers that I can understand but was expected to travel to another venue 239 miles away. They then change the course to fully booked online and not cancelled very misleading. I was pressured on the telephone to take that option with terms and conditions quoted at me that weren’t accurate. I asked for my deposit to be returned. I was told I would get it but fobbed off and delayed with various excuses. Thankfully I used paypal and got my money back through them, otherwise I honestly think I wouldn’t have. So much unnecessary stress, thankfully found an alternative company which has been much better and a-lot more reliable.

Changed my daughters life goals!
My daughter attended a clinical skills course for her Duke of Edinburgh's Gold Residential and has come back with an entire new outlook on life....I've never seen a 17 year old so inspired and motivated!
She has a clear plan for her future career and made some lovely new friends. The staff were lovely and there were loads of evening activities on top of the day time clinical course

The clinical skills and medical research course was great and I learnt a lot! I loved how hands on the training was.

Very poor customer service and you will not receive your test kits - DO NOT USE.

Ordered 2 postal PCR tests. On the web it says arrive within 2 days, but the test kits never arrived. Called a few times, extremely long waiting time. Sent complaint email, never replied. Keeps blaming everything on Royal Mail and doesn't offer any help at all. Wasted all my money.

After 8 days I’m still waiting for day 2 test results. I find this outrageous, I’ve been sending reminders every day last week with no feedback. I will ask for a full refund.
Do not use this clinic.

I booked a day 2 test one week in advance. It was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours. However, when day 2 came, I still had not received it. The DPD website was saying "we've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel". So I sent an email to biograd to enquire about it. They didn't reply the email. Today is day 4 and they still didn't send my test package so I called them on the phone. The lady from the customer service told me they had experienced issues with some of their shippments lately, and that they would send it today.

After a poor service with Randox in July resulting in us missing flights costing us extra to change flights and delayed day 2 results decided to use biograd last week
Their communication via Instagram and e mail was excellent and very efficient
Used their click and collect service and couldn’t fault it, used drop box for say two yesterday and results come back earlier in

My test never arrived! I try several times to make contact through email and phone number but nothing, I am starting to believe this is a scam and we all need to report to the authorities

0 stars.. Biograd haven't delivered our day 2 tests and don't answer the phone and haven't replied to our emails. Ordered before we went away. Got an email saying it had been sent with DPD. Cool. Went away and when we came back there had been no day 2 tests delivered (people and kids in house whilst we were away). Going into Day 2 tomorrow with no tests delivered, can't get through to them. No reply by email.
I clicked the DPD tracking link today and the DPD website says they haven't received the parcel yet!!! Biograd confirmed it was sent a week ago? WTAF. What do we do exactly?!?!

Not Legit

My family and I paid for, completed and posted Day 2 tests 7 days ago and have yet to receive any results back. We truly think it is a scam.
