They want every last detail under the sun, provided bank statements, passports photo's of passport with myself in them and its still not enough. Ok i won 300 and that said it was successful and i should receive it shortly but that wals 230 today still aint gone in if they had release it i would of had the money within 30 but nothing in anyother site would of went right away so why is this bingo site any different

Very slow at getting anything done!
So I registered without issue and had a win. The win paid out the following day which in itself is poor as most sites pay out immediately. I made more deposits and had another win and requested withdrawal. I was then in the middle of a game and all of a sudden I was logged out and a message came up saying my account had been closed! Some time later I received an email asking to verify my identity. The amount of docs they require is ridiculous. However, I've supplied them all. 4 days later and I am still waiting for my account to be re activated. I wouldn't mind because I'm obviously going to close the account but I still have funds in the account that I either want to play or withdraw. They need to up their game!
