I ordered a wheel on 21st August, and was told the order had been completed on 23rd. The wheel still hadn't arrived a week later, so I left an email in the 'contact us' page, but received no reply. I phoned and was told the wheel had 'been lost' in the post, but that a replacement had been sent. I waited another week, left another email query (also unanswered) and called again, this time to cancel the order and demand a refund. Now, two weeks later, I still have not received my refund - which I need to be able to buy a wheel. I have now been without a bike (my sole means of transport) for a month, due to this company's appalling service.
Today - 23rd September - I have tried calling repeatedly but only got a voicemail service. I'm still waiting for my money back...

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across. Spend hundreds of euro only to be given excuse after excuse regarding the whereabouts of my order.
I then had the phone put down on me simply for requesting a date for delivery. They’re Happy to take money but then became rude and annoyed when the customer wishes to know what’s happening with their missing goods.

I bought the Martello Sutton in Pastel Blue after googling "ladies bike with a basket". It.was one of the top results that came up. I was not familiar with the store but googled them and found a number to call. I then called into the store and they advised me in BikesorBicycles which size bike to go for. They also helped me pick out a lock and Helmet. I found the staff friendly helpful and efficient. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. I'm delighted with my bike.

I ordered a bike from the website and accidentally ordered a kids bike which if you knew me, isn’t surprising. I contacted through email and got a same day response saying it would be likely I would have to wait for the delivery and refuse it. This I understood as running a business can be hectic. As luck would have it, Rory contacted me just one day later and told me he had located the bike and refunded the amount so I could purchase a bike suitable for my adult self.
