After buying my first e-bike online from Bike24, I was a bit worried about how everything would go and what would happen if something went wrong.

I can now say the experience was much better than expected. About a week after my purchase, the bike suddenly became €50 cheaper on their own website. I contacted customer service, and the price difference was immediately refunded to my account.

When the bike arrived, another issue came up: squeaking brakes. I contacted them again, and they allowed me to get a repair estimate from a local bike shop. In the end, the shop fixed the issue for just €10. After reporting this to Bike24, the amount was refunded right away—without even requiring an invoice or estimate.

Because of this excellent customer service, I would happily order from them again. The only downside was a later-than-planned delivery, which was partly due to the end-of-year period, and they informed me promptly when I asked about it.

Wo Licht ist, ist auch Schatten. Und das sind die Versandversprechen. Lieferzeit 1-4 Tage, heißt es oft. Lieferzeit bedeutet aber Ankunft beim Kunden.

Ich habe nun schon oft dort bestellt und noch keine Lieferung unter einer Woche erhalten. In der Regel wird die Bestellung erst nach 3-4 Werktagen verpackt und am 5. Werktag tatsächlich versendet. Dann ist sie nach 7 Tagen bei mir und dass ist noch schnell. Da kann es u. U. auch schon mal 2-3 Wochen dauern, obwol in der Artikelbeschreibung steht "Lieferung 3-6 Werktage.

Deswegen auch nur 3 Sterne.
