Excellent Customer Service & Umbrella Company
I joined The Big Fish Group in May 2024, and it was my first time of using an Umbrella Company. Within a few hours I was contacted by a member of the team who guided me through all of the policies and procedures that I would need to be aware of. The questions that I asked were answered immediately. All onboarding documentation was completed and confirmed quickly by telephone call and by email.
The payment procedure is excellent, and you are always paid on your payment day. My wage slips were easy to understand with a full breakdown of my weekly tax and insurance deductions given and explained in detail.
I would definitely recommend The Big Fish Group as an outstanding Umbrella Company that really cares and support for all of their contractors that they work with.

Excellent Service and Delivery
I have been a registered social worker for over 4 years and started out with Big Fish Umbrella Company who handled my weekly income. There rate is competitive and I was always paid on time and efficiently. I would recommend them to newly qualified and experienced social workers. I plan to return to Big Fish in the future once retired from my present role. Thank you for providing me with a good foundation of professional support that is needed in Social Care for frontline SW’s. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
