Mooie website met belofte boven de 50 euro gratis bezorging en als aktie gratis coolpakket. Ik ontving telefoontje dat veel niet geleverd kon worden. Mocht het iets anders worden . Dat mocht maar geen kip. Wat ontvang ik? Kip, onder andere en geen coolpakket ook geen gratis bezorgkosten. Snelle bezirging was ook geen sprake van. Dus u krijgt niet wat wordt beloofd. Er zat nog wel een extra knabbel bij , 3 stuks voor zeer grote hond ik heb een boomer. Wat een tegenvaller

Ik heb eten besteld voor mijn hond voor € 162,75. Dit was op voorraad stond op de website. De bestelling zou zonder verzendkosten worden bezorgd. Ik kreeg echter een mail dat een deel niet op voorraad was en nageleverd zou worden. Hiervoor moest ik wel € 5,95 verzendkosten betalen. Het argument was dat zij extra kosten moeten maken. Ik begrijp dat, maar het getuigt niet van klantvriendelijkheid dat, doordat bigdog blijkbaar geen voorraadbeheer heeft, het probleem en kosten bij de klant worden neergelegd.

I purchased the large ROK strap dog lead, really good quality. I have a large dog and the lead takes the sting out of walks, when she pulls. Item was exactly as described and promptly delivered. Would happily recommend the product and the company.

My big dog dog food arrives promptly by tracked delivery, well packaged

I am disgusted with this company. I bought 2 bags of dried dog food, when they arrived there was what appeared "rodent" damage to both bags. I didn't want to give my dog food that may have been contaminated by mice/rats. I e-mailed and got a response from Neil Stanton to say they would collect the food and sent me the returns labels. The food has been returned 10 days ago. I have NOT had my money back, ALL e-mails bounce back saying they are un-deliverable and the phone number does not exist. I have now reported this to pay pal who are now doing a full investigation into this company regarding this matter. The amount they owe me is over £100! I have also tried to e-mail them via their website, but, guess what? no reply. Disgusting company, do not buy from this company

Some of our order was cancelled and the first we knew about it was in the form of a refund after the other items had been dispatched. Would have like to have been offered an alternative, same product in a different colour which was available. A little communication would have been much appreciated.
