Had some issues with some Steel Blues, spoke to ryan, he asked for some information on the boots, he submitted the claim on my behalf and I had a new pair by the end of the week. 3rd pair I've purchased from him. Great service, always answers the phone wouldn't buy anywhere else.
Bought a pair of steel blue boots from big boots @£127 and the soles failed after 5 months allowing water in abd a collapsed heel absolute disgrace and when tried to put in a warranty claim for these i got told is was not a manufacturer defect I wear these boots for 12 hours per day six day per week and they failed. Ryan was no help at all either and after buying numerous boots from them they just didnt give a toss ! Im an engineer in sand and gravel quarry i just find it ridiculous. Will be reporting to trading standards.
Just wanted to say what a pleasure it is to deal with Ryan at big boots, he was away getting more supplies, but he answered every email with every question I had.
Sadly, the boots weren’t right for me, although his boots are absolutely gorgeous, cost nothing to send it out to me and he charges nothing to send them back. You can either swap them over for another pair of boots or have a refund, a very simple way to do business like it should be if you were in a shop. And a very nice simple website to navigate.
Would recommend them.
Ordered a pair of steel blue boots and they arrived the next day couldn’t believe it. Also very good price for the boots in comparison to other sites. They also threw in 2 pairs of black work socks which was a nice touch.
