Ordered the kids beanbag chair, it’s a lovely wee chair it’s called the lounge put when I got it it was a bit floppy for after several months contacted them in Amazon where I purchased from and they said they’d send out more filling even though it actually wasn’t under warranty as only the chair itself is, so received the filling which was much easier to fill than the first time as I snipped a corner and filled that way. Problem is even though they sent out an extra 59 cubic ft it’s still nowhere near enough filling paid £60 for it so it’s really annoying and pretty useless unless you want is owned an extra £20 To buy more filling.

Toch wel teleurstellend.
165 euro betaald voor poef en voetbankje. Die je wel degelijk dus gewoon aankrijgt in een doos, waar hoezen los in zitten en vulling. Een heel gedoe om deze vulling toch zonder prossen in de zakken te krijgen, ondanks hun uitleg. Je zou voor die prijs wel verwachten dat je het pakket vacuüm zou toegestuurd krijgen.
En dan eigelijk niet voldoende vulling te krijgen voor de poef en bankje te vullen.

Ook waren er al ritsen met toespelden aan wat ook wijst op geen goede kwaliteit, zou echt niet mogen voor deze prijs. Zo lijkt het prescies of je iets krijgt dat al gebruikt is geweest of teruggestuurd is geweest.

Dus conclusie te veel geld voor wat je krijgt.

Commande de cinq coussins : rembourrage très insuffisant pour un prix unitaire au final assez élevé et des produits made in vietnam...

I ordered a footstool from their site which came faulty. I called them but the automated voice said they were too buzzy and closed the line. This happened 3 times. I also e mailed them twice, but there is no answer.
I think i lost my money.

De var heldigvis på tilbud - men - man skulle selv fylde Kryger-kugler i - et stort sjov med kugler over hele stuen, da indmaden til kuglerne ikke passede til puffens størrelse - skide besværligt - kan absolut IKKE anbefales!

Societe rapide efficace , produit de qualité, rien a dire , je recommanderai.

Pouf avec une durée de vie de 1 mois globalement. Les billes sont très difficiles à insérer au départ et elles s’affaissent au bout de même pas 1 mois. Leur solution ? Racheter un pack de billes de polystyrène à 90€ le paquet. Le prix du pouf quoi. De l’arnaque totale. Je déconseille fortement.

Je très contente du pouf Big Bertha poire :

- beau

Ne surtout pas acheter, c’est une catastrophe. J’ai acheté le canapé 3 places. Une horreur à remplir avec des billes en mousse qui s’écrasent en une seconde. Là, il est inutilisable. Après deux mois on n’en peut plus, on a acheté un autre. Il n’a aucune tenue , complètement inconfortable (on est assis parterre, littéralement). Rien à voir avec leurs photos. A éviter!!!!!!!

Arnaque totale, a l ouverture du carton on comprend tout de suite qu il n y a pas suffisamment de rembourrage mais a tel point que c est inutilisable meme pour un enfant. Rien ne peutse tenir vu le peu de bille, pas de dossier. Pas d explication pour pointer que vous avez et le bas et le haut a remplir. Donc une fois rempli tout le bas ca semble totalement insuffisant et vous vous rendez compte qu il faudrait egalement 3x plis de billes pour remplir le haut egalement... euh et j aibpas encore parler du repose pied du coup qui est vide vu que vous n avez meme pas assez de bille pour remplir la moitie du pouf.... lol ma fille etait ravie pour Noel. Qu ils crevent

Virkelig god kundeservice. Fik den fineste sækkestol, men synes der var for lidt kugler. Men ingen problem, modtog hurtig en stor pose mere. De svarer hurtig på henvendelser, samme dag. Varme anbefalinger.

Not made clear on their website that you have to fill the beanbag yourself, or that the filling is toxic to pets. The box which was provided to use to pour the filling was not even taped up across the bottom on either side. We had to use the plastic bag to fill the beanbag instead which took forever. They advise sweeping up any stray ones - this is next to impossible due to the level of static. Thankfully we have an older hoover we don't care too much about!! This product is a great way to ruin your evening. Also the delivery company just left the huge box on the doorstep. Very glad we didn't buy full price. Bean bag itself is ok, pretty saggy.

Reçu un fauteuil pouf doudou, aucune dimensions ne correspond ( toutes nettement plus petites) le fauteuil ne ressemble à rien .
Vraiment decu .
Je comptais en prendre 2, heureusement je me suis abstenu.
Publicité photos et dimensions exposées sur leur site sont faux!

Je ne note jamais d’avis mais là… c’est un peu too much 😳

Suite à une double commande identique avec paiement ( à 1 minute d’intervalle… la confirmation de mon premier paiement ne m’étant pas apparue ..) et donc, suite à l’annulation rapide d’une des deux commandes … un retour a été organisé à mes frais … pour un envoi en Pologne !! Alors que le site et le numéro de tel de contact sont situés en France, à Paris ( +33 1… )
J’attends toujours le remboursement malgré une réception de colis retour notée au 16/10 … et suite à mes mails, on me signale aujourd’hui - 23/10 - que le virement peut prendre encore 10 jours !! À l’époque des virements instantanés, j’hallucine !

Question sofa …. Joli mais peu confortable et compliqué à mettre en place … Cher pour ce que c’est !

Arnaque, expédié depuis la Pologne et pas l'Angleterre, qualité très médiocre. Et surtout pas confortable du tout

Please do not buy these bean bags, or do buy them if you enjoy futile tasks. It comes unfilled and the mess it makes filling it is indescribable, there are white balls EVERYWHERE. What arrives is a very large bag of light fluffy balls and the chair shell that has a kind of a lining in it that PREVENTS the lovely light balls from falling into where they need to go. It's taken over an hour and three people and it's still not filled. Love life, don't buy the bag.

Bought 2 puff chairs a couple weeks of years ago, they look nice, but both broken 1 year later with a lot of mess with tiny balls all over the place. They replaced the product, but the same unfortunate experience after 1 year again! This is in spite of a VERY CAUTIOUS use, and no heavy persons in house.. I really do NOT recommend

Jeg forsøger at komme i kontakt med firmaet, da jeg ønsker at annullere min ordre. Telefonnummeret på hjemmesiden virker ikke. Rødt flag. Jeg har for flere dage siden skrevet en mail, jeg endnu ikke har fået svar på. Også rødt flag. Jeg er ret mistænkelig på dette firma. Jeg læste desværre først anmeldelser på trustpilot efter min ordre blev lagt. Øv.

Oh dear! Even the dog is hyperventilating at the prospect of the stress assembling this blessed thing is going to cause. After a really stressful month at work this was meant to be a little treat to look forward to, but the self assembly point was skillfully hidden in the details and I only discovered it on opening the boxes, I just want to cry. Why the heck it wasn’t possible to assemble at the factory is beyond me - apparently because people change their mind about fabric. This is a HUGE disappointment, badly done Big Bertha!
