My experience with Big5Casino has been extremely disappointing and I strongly warn others before depositing any money here.

I deposited €30 twice (€60 total) and managed to win €390. Everything was done using my real information. I registered with my genuine UK address and even uploaded my UK driving licence for KYC verification.

While my KYC verification was still in progress, my account was suddenly CLOSED and my entire balance was confiscated. The only explanation I received was a short message claiming I used the site from an “unsupported region”.

This makes absolutely no sense.

• They allowed me to register with a UK address
• They accepted my deposits without any problem
• They allowed me to play and win money
• Only AFTER I had winnings did they close my account and remove the balance

They didn’t even return the €60 I deposited. No apology. No proper explanation. Just a short message saying the balance was “waived”.

After reading other reviews here, I can see a clear pattern: players deposit money without problems, but when it comes to withdrawals or winnings, accounts suddenly get blocked or closed for various excuses.

A casino that accepts your money but refuses to pay when you win is not a trustworthy casino.

I will be escalating this case further and reporting this situation because this behaviour is completely unfair.

It's interesting because I'm starting to learn on trustpilot that I can really tell when reviews are done by people that work for the casino or whatever and they make fake accounts or whatever the hell they do or pay people. Hello i am a verified member of this Casino. The Game experience was good. After a few deposits i was able To win a Amount of 5000 Euro.
I make a withdrawal, but since the 18.12.2024 the withdrawal is still pending. The support claims with reasons that i cant unterstand, First it was one then it was an other one. Normally withdrawals in this Casino should be processed in 2-5 days but that is Not the case.
Thats why i am asking here for any help maybe this can go further.
This was sadly an frustrated expirience here on this Casino.

Edit: after all they told I had bet once 60 euros when wagering were active so they do not pay. And that is not true. I never bet over 4 euros. Never! Rubbish casino!!

I have played 100 different casinos but this casino is new to me and not seems very trustfull. I have waited withdrawal and always when I ask why they does not pay they ask me send documents.
