Absolutely bad customer service/ no delivery 2 weeks from the order
Absolutely bad customer service. I ordered from Biba’s online store on 30th Jan and they are unable to fulfil and deliver the order 12 days after placing the order. The scheduled delivery date was 4th Feb and there are no signs of any update from customer team and everyone’s lost on where the order is. This is the worst from a reputed brand. I would stay away from them from now on.

Thebiba.in is a fradulant website....the quality is poor, and I sent an email to return the product to the e-store and there is no response from them...my only advice is that do not buy the product from thebiba.in website where I received the link from Facebook lite page ...would request government to take an action against this webpage

Very bad customer service. Exchange policy is very deceptive. Electronic receipt will not show their terms and conditions and they will you exchange option. Manger to salesperson are not trained for customer services. Very bad attitude

Defective item sent from Bibe online
I have bought many items from Biba online and delivered to US. Some items have happened to be cheap quality and bad sizing on and off but since they were low priced items I ignored reporting about them.
This time I bought a Kurta set for $97 and few other items. The Kurta had a shitty tailoring job done. The two sleeves are different in shape and size ! Same with shoulder strap width. It looks like a cheap kurta from some discount store! The kurta is size 38 and bottom they sent is size 32!
Huge disappointment. I wrote to customer care for refund. All they said is sorry for the inconvenience! What crap! Why would they not check the item quality before international shipping. Why is there no
Refund policy when customer is showing the proofs ? This experience is worse than third party sellers on Amazon who atleast do partial refunds

Cheating on online biba purchase

I have ordered BIBA On their online site 25000 rupees in three separate orders during October 2024 , One order is 15000 rupees supposed to have 6 dresses out of which it had only 2 dresses and among two one is mot even Ordered by me. The other order had non biba cheap quality Palazzo.
I am old Customer taken videos and supplied all the information despite the unpacking of the videos even after seeing the video which clearly shows only two dresses instead 6 , they are very rude finding reasons not to refund 13400 rupees which is good amount of money , please donot buy from Biba.

Good Quality & Seamless Transaction
I was wary about ordering from Biba because of the reviews but my experience was seamless. I received confirmation of my order from Biba in about a day & confirmation of shipping from DHL soon after. I was a bit surprised by the import fees but considering the prices were so low, it was worth every penny. My clothes arrived looking exactly like what I had seen on Biba’s website & the quality of the material & construction is great. Soft & beautiful.

i placed an order in BIBA n i paid via Paypal. when i saw my order, it is written "failed". i wrote many mails, i called them many times, no reply from them. i put a complain in paypal hoping tht thy will refund me. They r cheaters n i think used to cheat customers. i dont recommend to buy from them bc even i sent proofs of payments, they dont reply n refund me. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Worst experience with biba. Deducted my money rs 1799 but order was not placed.Already 11 days over but till now no refund done. Everyday customer care executive told me to wait for some days. Never try to buy from biba online.I don't know they will refund my money or not.

Price got dropped on following day and on asking refund they told “We would like to inform you that the offers and the prices on our website keeps changing every midnight during sale period hence, we are unable to do any adjustment or refund for the differential value.”. Worst customer service. No information was sent regarding damaged product.

I would give 0 star to biba.uk.Please do not buy from UK, 2 days back I ordered dresses worth £135, there was huge emphasis on the site about free shipping.After placing the order,I recieved the message that I will recieve it in 2-3 days.After 2-3 days, DHL sent me a bill of £57, that I had to pay first or my parcel will not be delivered to me.what is meant by free shipping then.when I tried contacting thier customer service, they sent me a link of the website, " import charges will be paid by you."We arranged with DHL for smooth delivery, but if they give you a bill, it will be paid by you.
This was treacherous.
And yes you cannot return as well.
They do not accept international returns.

Do not buy from Biba online, worst customer service. I am waiting for more than six months now for a refund. I had to return four items costing 6,500 rupees as they didn’t fit. Their reason for not refunding was not to entertain my returns. What a joke and day light robbery! As a customer I have a right to return if they don’t fit. I only returned two orders out of 6 orders. And my first buy from Biba! AVOID at all costs as if you need to return your items, you may loose your items and no refund.

It's been a month since I ordered my order and they only shipped 2 pieces, no refund and no shipping for the rest of my order, also no response while contacting them via email and Instagram, they don't ship your order and your money is not refunded.
Huge price disparity from Online to physical store
Firstly they have an unreliable shipping issues for online orders. You go to the physical stores there’s a huge price disparity on the same products you see online. I travelled to india to try and get their products directly from their stores and get cheated like this.
