Don’t buy anything from BGASC. Unreliable.
I bought gold from them, and they sent me a verification to my bank account. I confirmed it and called customer service after to be sure everything is confirmed. After 4 days, they canceled my order. I called customer service, and they said that they can’t tell me why. I can buy it in a different way but with the new higher price. BGASC is unreliable.

Very dishonest company. Ordered silver from them and then the price appreciated. They refused to resend because they have a policy that they accept no returns but they don’t abide by their own policy. They expect you to be home 24/7 to be able to sign their package and if the delivery is missed they sent it back to seller. No option to pick it up at fedex location or anything. Then they have no tracking info on item and they attempt to deliver it early without tracking info. I would not order from this company.

My first purchase from BGASC was a great success. I was very impressed with the quick shipping and high-quality product.

Seller printed a label, never shipped, refused to cancel, and hid behind excuses. Tracking never showed an origin scan because no package existed. Classic fund-holding tactic. Documented and reported. Avoid !

While BGASC does offer competitive pricing and free shipping, their major issue is customer service and shipping. All shipments require a direct signature, but the problem is that they use fedex as their shipper and deliver only on weekdays. I had to take a whole day off of work and wait by my door because I didn’t have an exact time frame for the delivery. On top of that, you cannot pickup your package at any of fedex’s locations because of some insurance policy BGASC has. But that doesn’t even make sense because if I’m not there to sign, fedex will hold the package at their facility anyway. So not only did I lose time and money for missing work, but I also had a complete waste of time trying to talk to their customer service about this major flaw. They need to change their insurance policy and find a better shipper. I will most likely not be buying again.

I made my online purchase on 5/26. They received my funding on 5/29 and it cleared my bank account on 6/2. I still have not received my gold. They first came back and asked for more $ for shipping then a week later flagged my order for additional information.

I placed an order on 4/11/25 and paid in full. Received notification a couple days later the items had been processed and being shipped with a USPS tracking number. Two weeks later, after several calls to BGASC, I was informed that the items were not shipped and not even available. Got the run around with phone reps with each call I made. Needless to say, Apmex and SD BULLION will receive my business boimg forward.

Scam artist. never sent item. Stay away from them, Face book should be ashamed for listing them.............

I ordered 1 gram of gold over a month ago and still have not recieved it. The emails back and forth with customer service have been a joke! I will never order from BGASC again! They are a scam! Do not buy from them!

The company and customer service does not care for customers. As long as they take your order they could careless about your order and shipments.

I've been buying from BGASC for a while and it started out really great. Products seemed nice and shipping was fairly efficient. Over the last few months I have placed several orders and they've gotten progressively worse. I set up an ACH and they never made the one cent deposit to activate it and I continued to get automated emails threatening to cancel my order. They made no attempt to check on the ACH or why they never made the one cent deposit to activate my ACH. Every time I called I was told to call back the next day and nothing was done. I finally sent a check and waited. Eventually I was told my order was shipped but it sat for days in Las Vegas without being shipped. I kept calling and was told they would have to put in a claim if it didn't move in the next few days. I won't get into all the details but eventually my order did ship and when I received it it was crammed into a small box like a bunch of garbage. The box was too small and the lid was taped over and bent around the items. Some of the products were in a sheet of plastic which was cut up with one of the bars falling out of the plastic and the whole sheet just piled up, not folded nicely, on top of the rest of the order. Crammed into the box like junk. My last order arrived by FedEx and when I was handed the box, the coins were rattling and loose inside. Instead of being packed in individual flips as stated on the website, someone put them in a tube and stuck a styrofoam peanut in there and the coins were all loose and rattling around in the tubes, which violates their own insurance policy requirements. I returned them and as of today I'm still waiting for my replacement order. I placed this order on May 31st. This time the replacement order sat in Las Vegas for 5 days before FedEx received the product to ship. The delivery was supposed to be here this morning between 9:20 and 11:20 a.m.. I just got an update that the delivery will now be here before 8:00 p.m. tonight. The shipping time may be FedEx's fault but the fact that they didn't deliver the package to FedEx for 5 days after initiating the shipping label is BGASC's doing. They have become very careless and disrespectful of the value of the items they are shipping, the way they are packaged, and the time they take to get them out to the customer. I paid for this product over a month ago and I'm still waiting. I have spent a lot of money with this company, but no more. Anxious to see what my delivery looks like today if it actually arrives.

UPDATE: the shipment arrived in the exact same condition as last time. The coins were not packaged in individual flips as stated on their website and instead thrown into a 20 coin tube with a couple of peanuts on top again. Still packed loosely so they were rattling, still in a box too small for the coin tubes with the lid taped over. Coins appear to be the same ones I returned. Have contacted the company and am waiting again. They've had my money since the end of May. They've become very sloppy and careless with their shipping.

I bought some gold in November of 2020, and it took eleven days to arrive. So far so good.

They delivered an empty box only with paper in it. Now it is suppose to be my responsibility to get a police report, photos of the box and contents, etc. this is a joke I’ll never buy product from them again

I wanted gold in my safe for SHTF and/or CBDC implementation. I'm a first time buyer of precious metals online, or anywhere, so I was leery about letting some company with whom I have no history withdraw thousands of dollars from my checking account.

I chose to do business with BGASC.com based on weeks of research and reading reviews on Trustpilot for several gold sales sites.

I must say that I was/am impressed. The ordering process was very simple. When you put something in your cart there is a 10 minute price lock, so if the price goes up or down you can adjust accordingly.

It was stated that there would be a hold on my ACH for a few days and that I would receive a confirmation e-mail when it cleared. That happened as expected. I received another e-mail when my package shipped. It was sent through USPS in a discrete box labeled "samples".

The entire process from ordering to receiving took 13 days. All in all everything went off without a hitch. I will be purchasing from BGASC.com again.

This company is predatory and steals your money after canceling your order. I tell you the facts without emotions .

I first placed an order while choosing to attached my checking account with the E-check option which is regulated by Plaid to verify the ownership of the bank account. After I was verified and my account was attached to BGASC.com or BGASC I proceeded to make my order costing my $4,046 for 2 oz of bullion.

After the company BGASC.com or BGASC deducted the money from my Checking Account 8 days later they informed me that my funds were cleared and waiting shipment. After receiving this great news I placed 2nd order with BGASC.com or BGASC of $4,486 now they have a total of $8532.00 of my money.

++++++++ After waiting exactly 8 days for my first order I was told first order payment was cleared and awaiting shipment. After the waiting period and money was taken from me the company reached out to me by email only after I contacting them (BGASC) . When I spoke to 3 different BGASC employees. They told me that they will not initiate a refund and I have to a the do the refund myself with my bank. I still have not received my $8532.00

If they was zero stars i would give them that. they took my payment and its been abt 2 weeks they cant ship my order and i contacted their poor support they said they going to look into it. they holding my 10k as i drop this review presently

We have received the product for your buyback. Unfortunately, the coin pictured has failed both visual and Sigma verifier testing. We can either return the product to you and deduct the shipping cost from the proceeds of the buyback, or we can discard the item(s) for you.
May 4th 2023 I received this e mail. $2120.56 was deducted from the batch of coins I was returning on a buy back. Coins I purchased from BGASC BACK IN 2020.
These were put in a safe never taken out of the original box or there little plastic sleeves. I was planning to leave them for my grand kids or sell them when gold went up. ****** I never thought I would have to test my gold coins to be sure they Weren't fakes.These were the only gold coins I owned. Upon notice of the gold fake coin I called BGASC AND EXPLAINED THE CUSTODY the coins never left the safe.
I frankly didn't expect them to do anything. They said they would look into it .So I asked them if the coins are checked before shipping They said the St Gaudens coin was a good fake, They told me they are under new management.
Lesson learned.CHECK YOUR GOLD OR HAVE THE SUPPLIER VERIFY BEFORE SHIPPING TO YOU IN WRITING.

I ordered, as their description say, "Unopened Mint Tubes of 20 2023 1oz American Silver Eagle Bullion Coins" This is reiterated three times on the website - UNOPENED MINT TUBES", but received two tubes that had been opened and the lids had been replaced and taped on with packing tape. I emailed my concerns. After three days of no response I went to their live chat option which only results in an email to them and no live chat agents. After a couple more days of no response I sent an email threatening to go to the BBB - I received an email within a few hours.

The first response from them said they do not send their tubes unsealed as they use them to provide individual coins to their customers. I replied back highlighting all the areas on their website that says they do sell mint unsealed tubes. They then responded that the Mint started using new tape in 2021 that rips easily in transit and they never get any tubes that are sealed. I reminded them that one of the tubes I received had been opened and the lid was turned 90 degrees leaving the ripped seals on the sides that don't even line up with the seal on the top. They also contradicted their first excuse by saying tubes are moved directly from their mint sealed monster boxes directly to their shipping queue. This would suggest they ALL rip while packed nicely in a monster box.

Due to the delay in response, I was also past the option to return the purchase and the price of silver had gone up a few dollars resulting in any competitive options for me to buy somewhere else to be compromised. They offered $30 off my next purchase as a consultation.

For me, this was a very large expense and I am very disappointed at the lack of response, the flagrant excuses placing the blame on me the buyer for not understanding, and then on the US Mint for their lack of quality tape rather than owning their misrepresentation of what other reputable dealers are able to sell and deliver on.
