As discussed when we spoke, free delivery is available on orders that meet a qualifying order value. Unfortunately, in this case, the order total fell below that threshold, which is why a delivery charge was applied.

We want to be clear that delivery costs are never hidden. Our checkout process provides multiple opportunities to review delivery charges before payment is made and the order is confirmed. That said, your feedback has been taken on board, and we’re actively reviewing our messaging to ensure it’s as clear and transparent as possible from the outset.

We also apologise that you didn’t receive a response as quickly as expected. That’s not the experience we aim to deliver, especially when an issue is urgent.
